For all my people not in the Dallas area, most of the things being talked about is literally in the same area only divided by the highway. It’s all one big area of entertainment. The difference between these two cities come when you move away from the entertainment center.
Nice comparison. I would like to shop at Plano and live in Frisco. Plano equally good too. How abt neighboring towns such as Allen, McKinney, Prosper amd Celina?
Thanks Richard for another great video of North Dallas, I would choose also Frisco just because I like new construction homes as well and I would want my future kids to go to the Frisco ISD school district, if I need shopping and restaurants, I could go to Plano, but the city that would be my first choice to live would be McKinney, Tx, I love how the city has a nice downtown area and affordable new construction homes.

Plano is the place to get a house. I am only 5 minutes to Legacy West. More bars more restaurants, etc.
Plano is definitely going to give you more reasonable real estate options.
@@VIPRealty lol West Plano/Willobend/Legacy West real estate is not reasonable. Its way higher priced than Frisco farms. It is not reasonable.

Plano has older more establishes homes too. Frisco schools are slightly better according to the rankings.

Plano is divided between West and East. West Plano is where Dallas old wealth meets North Suburb. West Plano such a concentration of wealth.

Great points! I'd choose Frisco. However, McKinney does have a great downtown.

I love Frisco. Plano is so close by , we can go anytime. With all the new developments coming up, Frisco is the winner.
