Shepards Gate is right down the street from my work. They carry good stuff. The problem with them is a lot of the pricing is close to retail.

You should’ve looked at the individual cards the guys with the tins had. One of the front cards was a prizm and prizm is definitely valuable depending on the player!

Perhaps you need to look at other items? I was there two weeks ago and got 13 shirts, a pair of 2006 Jordan's and a 1950's typewriter. I flew in from Arizona to visit my grand daughter. We had a blast thrifting in California. Your prices are at least 50-60% LOWER than Arizona Goodwill stores.

I buy things for me at the thrift mainly jeans and won’t pay anymore then 99 cents. Yet if I pick something else up for me it is online within a few days except long sweaters with pockets lol. I only buy jeans cause all my others are to big but never more then 99 cents. My husband said I am cheap. eBay store ha been opened about a month and he is starting to look for things for it lol, yet in the beginning he said I was wasting my time. I love this and there are a handful to thank for getting me t believe in myself. Thanks Matt.

I have notice too the thrift store where I go to have had no good stuff either. I think more and more people are reselling on market place. A lot of people are out of work and discovered reselling is a awesome way to make fast money. So I think it going to be more challenging now that people are more aware of reselling! I love watching you channel but I think more information you give out, it will educate more people to do this. it’s a 20/20 situation.

My boyfriend and I just went to one yesterday in Sacramento and it was a very overwhelming experience and I usually hunt for disney stuff and I had a lot of good luck with that but my boyfriend on the other hand had a very frustrating experience becuase what he hunts for is shoes or certain clothing and this eco thrift over priced on a lot of their shoes and tshirts for me and jeans … anyways thanks for your videos really helps to check out this places out 👍🏼

Hey how do you feel about Craigslist pulling their listings from the Yard sale treasure Map app? For me it really sucks because now there are a lot of listings that don’t have start times and some are addresses without sales. Hopefully it changes soon

Nice find on the Sega Genesis, i was bidding on one with uber super rare games and nice unique controllers i thought i won it only 1 min left, winthin the minute it shot up to close to 700! Great vid Matt always hoping for a video from my favorite TH-camr, i'd like to see any video win or fail since we all have those days when theres nothing. How have you been fairing without yard sale treasure map? Back to writing addresses on notepads or something?
Still trying to figure out the best option. It’s difficult, but Craigslist, Facebook, and next door are what I’m using. I need an app that can put all the locations on a map
@@PartTimePickers yea same here, Facebook is so awful with its search engine though. Craigslist has a map system but no where near as good as what yard sale treasure map was like. Oh well, hopefully someone releases an app soon but we’ll have to manage and adapt for now lol

My rule for Birkenstocks is that I always pick them up regardless of condition (at a decent cost of course) because they almost always sell. I never get stuck holding on to them for very long. Just my opinion...love your videos!
How often do you list items with OBO and how often do you send offers out?
I usually do OBO on high priced stuff. Not much on the lower end
