When I source I am always in and out within 15 minutes. I am going to about 10 stores 3-5 times a week so I only need to browse the new items put out. I’m sure I miss a thing here or there but that method has worked great for me the past 5 years. Great video as always. Never stop learning!
nice video matt. that little toys section would be banking me some juicy profit. I'm a big toy seller when it comes to pre owned toys. I've learned so much from you Matt keep it up. its people like you that inspire others to sell on eBay despite all the struggles people face when selling on eBay.
I agree! Plus, I can’t believe how much stuff they have! I am currently living outside Cody, WY so the thrift stores around here aren’t worth your time.
If you ever go into the pot sections. Look forward Le Crueset and Revere pots. The larger ones with copper bottoms with lids sell fast. Great kitchen goods.
You’re so lucky! There are about 7 thrift stores in my town. NONE of them organize anything but the clothes. They destroy glad and ceramic items by basically tossing them on shelves. Toys are tossed into big bins breaking or scratching them so their pristine appearance when donated leave zero chance for resell profit
I find good items with scotch tape all over them or black marker on top of the box. Sometimes they mark these items up like it is a great find. But they destroy so much value with tape and black marker. I am pretty good about peeling tape off but the marker kills me. I don't like my customers knowing I picked up something at the thrift store.
Every time I watch one of your videos I end up listing more items! Thanks for the motivation. Oh and I found and sold one of those blankets. Never would have dreamed I could make a buck on a binky haha. THANKS!!
I rarely look up things when I do get a chance to get out, but I can see the potential to make more by doing so. I am always amazed at the thrift stores in your vids. The few near me could fit in one aisle there.
I don't want to give away my secrets but go back to the isle with the record player and look at those other electronics, you walked passed 3 that are worth 50 60 70 80+ plus. Their was a nice receiver, 5 disc carousel and another one that looked like a vintage unit. I mainly sell vintage electronics and such and you would be surprised at what an old receiver or old cd player would bring in.
Hi, @ 6:30 there was sealed blank media to the right of the pencils, camcorder tapes & discs I think, it’s worth buying them but saving until you have a good size bundle, they always sell 👍👍
Here in the Philippines everytime i went to thrift store (Ukay Ukay) in our language, Im always looking for TUMI and luckily I have some good finds .. I already thrifted 4 backpacks, 2 mcnair briefcase, 2 messenger/sling bags, and 1 money clip😀
Found a Super Rare 1959 Richie Valens 1st print in mint condition at a thrift store last week in Tucson,Az for a dollar & change. That was a a good day
The San Marcos Bandit has been busted! The wanted posters are out! On a side note I know how you feel about not being able to scan things, for the most part I'm able to pick things I've sold before but it makes me really hesitant to pick some stuff I normally would without being able to look it up.
Heard ya mention Cutco, keep an eye out for Solingen knives also. Good German brand worth picking up at yard, estate and swap meets. Love the organization and layout of Eco Thrift.
I'm in the Uk, I wish we had thrift stores like yours, our nearest equivalent are charity shops run by individual registered charities, they are pretty good but approximately 50 of our charity shops would fit into half of the thrift store just featured.
Thrift stores in my Midwest area are no good, haven't been for years. My impression is that the donated goods never make the floor. Sometimes they don't even have a toy section.
I may be wrong but the soccer ball at 2:09 mark looms like the one used in the world cup 2010 some are worth serious money if it's still there on your next trip you should check it out
Hey man. I’ve been consuming your content for awhile now and I’m new to the TH-cam world. I was wondering what editing software you use for your videos?
That store is so organized compared to ours! What do they charge for mens sneakers there? Mine charges $15.99 so no profit! I did find one thrift store that doesn't overcharge for pots and pans!!!
that was a good controllers they like 12 bucks used working and if they do not have cuts in wires and all buttones do not stick they worth it for a few bucks
You gravitate to itms I avoid! I know nothing about electronics and newer toys. My mom ran an antique business with a focus on dishware. I tend to follow her likes. As a retired chef I really love the kitchen gadgets. I don't resell at the moment. There was not many thrift stores in the 80s-90s, she mainly hit up yard sales. This was in NJ. She also depended books for value. Mom had good instincts and a great mind for price recall. The other video I saw of yours a few days ago, you never even slowed going past depression glass! I yelled to you to slow down! Didn't you hear me?!
Looks like there are some good pieces of furniture in that place. In the thrift store my way, furniture looks like they picked it up off the sidewalk and priced like new. Unreal
I gotta say the thrift stores where you live are a lot nicer than NY, where they are usually dirty, moldy smelling with very little decent merchandise.
That is a rare thrift store. Good stuff for cheap. Its just the location he's in, wealthy California people donating good stuff and the thrift store pricing it at thrift store prices
Love your channel but recently at the end an ad pops up right before your final total spend/potential profit comes on screen - and you have to watch it for at least 5 seconds before you can dismiss it. It's kind of annoying and breaks up the flow. Do you have the ability to change when ads pop up? Other than that, thanks for all the info you give us. Much appreciated.
I usually let youtube pick where they place the ads. I’ll try to pay attention and take those out in the future. I understand that could be annoying. Thanks for watching

I can’t be the only one but I love that the summary song at the end when you review the total potential revenue 👌🏻
Ive been meaning to ask him the same thing for a while now. Who is it? Please let us know. It’s so awesome!!!!
I love it too!! It is the best!! ( :
My 2 year old daughter love dancing with the song all the time

The most organized thrift store I’ve ever seen!
I was gonna say the same thing!
I agree! Plus, I can’t believe how much stuff they have! I am currently living outside Cody, WY so the thrift stores around here aren’t worth your time.
I am so jealous of how the ecothrift stores look. So organized!!
Wow, super jealous of that store. Thrifting Paradise 🌴
I agree! Already looked up where the nearest one is. But none nearby me in CT! ) :
That place was HUGE!!! I would love it if I had a place that big to shop at. Thanks for taking us along with you!
I've sold new & used bratz dolls.....they always sell very well....love your channel!
Again jealous of Eco-thirft. Big, stocked.
It seems you are more relaxed than youhave been lately. You took time to explain so much to us. Thank you.

I've learned so much from Matt, I can't wait to start my own resale business
Don’t wait, just start
@@sysda1 got to spend money to make money right? I have to save a few more dollars before I can actually start up I'm almost there but not quite
Another great video. I like how well organized that store is.
I would like to see a "10 min EcoThrift challenge" between you and your wife. See who can come out with the most profit.
We might have to try that!
@@Thomas-Skaa exactly! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
80s vintage bmx bikes is something to keep eye out for parting out
Yesss!!! Love your videos! Great way to get inspired in the morning! Hope you and family are well
Thanks for watching!
Loved how there was a cart just waiting there for you.
Damn! Your Eco Thrift is really clean and organized 😄.
What state are you in? Also, which state is he in. We don't have those in the south i don't think
Yep I loved watching your cart over and over again in each shot oh yeah and the golf clubs . That’s very good filming there

Wow, wish I could find a store that big and organized in my area. Awesome to watch you picking.
That is a huge, very organized, thrift store. I would be in their forever!!
If only we had more stores like this...makes shopping so much fun.
Dont sleep on the Crystal glasses and vases. I have found High end Lenox, RL, Lalique and on an on
Wow! The organization and display is awesome in that store!!
I can only wish my thrift stores were this organized!
When you put it on TH-cam so quickly we hardly see at what prize it was sold. I love seeeing that.
If you ever think about it, would you please show the prices for the handmade quilts? And, you're lucky! My thrift stores are nothing like yours.
Found a Super Rare 1959 Richie Valens 1st print in mint condition at a thrift store last week in Tucson,Az for a dollar & change. That was a a good day

Wow, what an awesome thrift store. I have never been in a thrift store of that size and so organized.
Heard ya mention Cutco, keep an eye out for Solingen knives also. Good German brand worth picking up at yard, estate and swap meets. Love the organization and layout of Eco Thrift.
Thanks I’ll look into them
I want to fly out to California just to visit this place!
I wish that I could find a thrift store like ECO! Wow! Super organized!! Enjoy!
I love Eco Thrift. We have 2 here in the Sacramento California area. I always look for the 50 and75% off tags.💟
I live in the Memphis area; sure wish we had one of those thrift stores here!!!!! Amazing!
I'd love to shop there. So neat and organized .
Wow, I haven't thought about STOMPERS in ages. I got one for a birthday as a kid, and immediately got it stuck in my sisters hair.
I'm in the Uk, I wish we had thrift stores like yours, our nearest equivalent are charity shops run by individual registered charities, they are pretty good but approximately 50 of our charity shops would fit into half of the thrift store just featured.
The hoover attachment box you touched/moved is not bad depending on what it was priced..
What was the knife brand you were looking for? Couldn't hear you when you said it. I have zero knowledge in that category.
Cutco
Awesome thank for the reply. Love your content!
Hey, great video! What type of box do you use to ship the golf clubs?
Laser Focus as always Matt. Impressed by your speed thrifting 💃
Thanks Annie 🤙
Awesome challenge man. I’m going to do one with Tae @Prison2profit. Don’t look up anything with your phone!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Your EcoThrift is very nice! Here in Texas we don't have anything Ike that one
I hit stores like that all the time.

Ummmm that mid century record buffet thing was BEAUTIFUL 😭😭
Great video as always, the outro is just amazing looking at that view along with the great music thinking another great haul today, good job👍👍💵💵💵

I use iMovie on a MacBook
This may be a dumb question but what is a vintage pencil?
Typically earlier than 90’s
That radio "cabinet" at 03:00 couldve been a big local sale for ya
Living in America isn't about buying and getting more stuff anymore it's about getting rid of all the crap you already have .
That store is so organized compared to ours! What do they charge for mens sneakers there? Mine charges $15.99 so no profit! I did find one thrift store that doesn't overcharge for pots and pans!!!
Their prices in shoes are all over the place. From 4.99 to over 100
This is a good way to test your instincts!!! 🤷🏼♀️ if I could do it...lol
This place for real is STOCKED! 5 globes , a wall of pencils? man... no way I could get out in 10 min
I was at 10 minutes away from a ecothrift but I couldn't stop by to check it out.
Awesome organization!
That’s a pretty cool store! Only greedwill by my area. Where in CA is this one Matt?
Hayward
@@jimsakai242 awesome thank you! I’m in SoCal and seems like there’s one an hour away from where I live.
So we have greedwill and feebay lol
weird question but what kind/brand is your mask?
It’s a no name off amazon
Do You, Mind If I Ask What Goodwill Store Is This, Because It Very Neat& Clean...
It’s called Eco thrift
How do you package long skinny items like golf clubs and baseball bats? Do they still go first class if under a pound ?
Use the medium usps tube. They’ll have to go priority because of the length
Don't think I can do a 10 minute challenge. I like to dig and look through the items I like.
I wish ecothrift was a thing where I live. Crazy stuff
Great video, what app or website do you use to check values?
You recommended going to the thrift store, I just need the full name and where it is located, to possibly make a trip. Thank you so much.😁👍🏼
that was a good controllers they like 12 bucks used working and if they do not have cuts in wires and all buttones do not stick they worth it for a few bucks
New to your channel and really enjoying it. Quick ? - what do you use to scan bar codes to get prices? Is there an app that scans all bar codes?
Great picks! 💜
And it's clean!

at the start of the video when u looked at the bats above that was a 2010 world cup jubalani soccer ball... those go upwards of $300
I was yelling at the screen fir you to scoop the pings.. lol . 👍☘️
It's amazing how big Thrift Shops are in US compared to Australia....
Literally just got notified and there are 20 comments already! Dang!
Appreciate you watching Ed

Great walk through. Love these videos bro. What 360 camera we're you using?
Great video Matt have a great weekend mate 😊👍
That aluminum frame backpack is likely vintage and possibly could make some money there. Just MHO.
How do you ship golf clubs and items that are long like that?
That’s an incredible thrift store. Nothing like it where I live.
Mine too! All seven of them just throw things all over the place
That is a rare thrift store. Good stuff for cheap. Its just the location he's in, wealthy California people donating good stuff and the thrift store pricing it at thrift store prices
At least you have one...
how do you test the remotes? you selling them not knowing if they work. how that working out for ya?
TH-cam it
Probably a stupid question but how can you can items on phone to get prices
We have nothing like that here. Well organized
The money printer! 😎
What is the whistle song that you play at the end it’s very catchy

Surprised you left the Orlimar Tri-Metal golf club. They have value and sell quickly
That was my favorite club back in the day
Your awesome love the videos. Big shout from Scotland 😉
Ahhh, you kept touching another ping eye 2, and never grabbed it. On the left side!
Still a good score
Wassup with the momentum board bro?
I would love to see the vintage Santa’s on the very top shelf before you found Chucky
