PLEASE NOTE: At 1:35 and at 3:05 were active school zones. Even though we were en route EMERGENCY, units are still required to slow down in case there are children in the area. In the first zone, we turned the sirens off, but kept the lights on. In the second, we continued lights and sirens but slowly just due to the amount of traffic in the area.
this is awesome. i love your ride along footage here. great radio traffic and Battalion 67 chiming in every now and then and rolling up to the active scene. i’m actually quite jealous cause all my ride along footage is pulling up to medicals LOL. nicely done mate
Thanks and responding to medicals isn't always bad, at least you can do ride alongs and respond to something lol I did a "ride along" with Engine 67 one day, 5 hours and ONLY ONE non emergency call on the station's ramp (car seat issue, and i have no idea why they called and had us dispatched instead of just knocking on the door lol)
Love to see ride along footage with a Chief! Reading the units and it seems as if a lot of Chiefs were dispatched - but no ladder apparatus? Was one of the Engines equipped with an aerial?

Exactly! Any laws broken must still be done with due regard.
