Yes!! Thanks for watching. I've found the most meaning from "progress towards a valued goal" combined with aiming at a goal that I have autonomy over and that aligns with my interests. It's taken me a while to get to this point but that's what I'm settling in on. I've definitely mentioned this year and there before but I couldn't find a good recent video on this. Yes and no... Am I literally a big coffee drinker? Yes, considering I spend the majority of my mornings in a coffee shop. I usually order an espresso. But I wouldn't consider myself that much of a big coffee drinker in terms of "I have to try all the different types/flavors/drinks/etc" For me, coffee (most recently) started as access to coffee shops where I can work on my laptop.
