Hey. Thanks for your thunderbolt tweak review. I actually think about the A50 (RM is so expensive in Europe I couldn't effort the BC) and run it with 140pike front, 130rear with 30mm(inner) rims and 2.6" tyres. Do you think this could make sense? Still had the chance to go up to 140mm rear later and 150mm airshaft. I do worry about seat tube angle. Seems pretty slack for a modern bike (in lowest R9) . Which Position have you set with your 160mm combo and how much problems had you uphill with the seat angle? Thanks for your fun videos and reviews
Thank you for watching! The stock bike with a 140 Pike would be very fun. I think you would like it and you can upgrade the travel later if you think you need to. After adding the 160 air shaft I moved the ride9 position to setting 8 on their chart. I thought it climbed very well but I am a light rider. If you are a heavier rider you may want to try the setting at 6 to give more progressive support on the rear while climbing. I hope this helps. Cheers!
Hey. Finally got the bike. One question: is the yoke at the chain stays same between medium and large? I got the medium and wonder, if I can fit 2.8" as well. Which tire did you choose back? Thanks for your videos and last answers
@@cartecaybikeshop4875 it rides amazingly. Will keep it with 130mm front. Enough for my region. And put 2.6" tyres on inner 30mm rims. Thanks for your video which convinced me of the bike

Congratulations on the new bike! The medium will fit the 2.8, I had a Maxxis Recon on the back.

Missed you guys on TH-cam.
@3:19 noice!
Hey guys, do you think a 29er rim with a skinny 2.1 tyre would fit?
We are pretty sure the 29 wheel even with a small tire will not have the vertical clearance.
