@@patrickmchugh8039 I have the FIM one and it has the 2 certifications on the strap, the FIM one on one side and the ECE 22.06 on the other, but I live in Europe. It's an amazing helmet, it really is good. Bought it on an outlet for 685€. Best helmet for THAT price. Otherwise, for 1000 bucks might as well buy the AGV Pista-R
He doesnt talk about if he actually RODE in it and tell us if its quiet or loud? How much field of vision you have up/down side to side while riding on track looking through the corner and up the track? How is the aerodynamics while in a full tuck ripping down the straightaway? etc
I'll second the "losing parts while riding" for Shark's more recent helmets. And replacement parts weren't easy to find. I had an RSX for many years which was great but the Shark Vision R was a disaster. I had to go to ebay to get replacement parts. I quickly moved on to a more expensive Arai.
Just FYI, helmet is SNUG. I have a regular Race R Pro Carbon in M and it is snug but not that hard to put on. The GP is something else. Almost half a size smaller!
@@losthills5965 You know what? The additional wind curtain that you button under the padding was making quite a bit of difference. The moment i stopped using it the helmet had the same fit as my "plain" Race R Pro Carbon.
@@giodc8599 yeah it makes it tighter to put on ,but without it it just fits the same. Everyone i met that had both helmet claim its tighter, idk, ig its psychological😂 i went with M then changed cheeks pads to S but theres a diff between S and M with S padding (shark claims the crown pad is the same but i think the EPS is differing by size)
Revzilla… I understand you’ve gotta sell merch… can you please… please… do a vid showing us the FIM certified helmets only… or maybe FIM has a website that shows what helmets meet their requirements?… help
If you go to our Helmets page on Revzilla.com you can actually search and narrow down helmets FIM certified that we sell. You can also go to FIM's website to see all helmets meeting their cert worldwide if need be.
There is a FIM approved version available and it's basically the same price and specs but has a fully exposed carbon finish
Sadly not one that is DOT and FIM compliant for use on the roads here in the US.

I've heard a couple of reviews saying it is THE quietest helmet they've ever tried
I had this helmet. The most loudest helmet I ever had. I returned to the shop!
I do not understand how people find this helmet aesthetically pleasing.
I saw a tiktok of a guy riding with this helmet in all black and the side profile looks sick. It looks like green goblin's helmet
no pinlock? what about misting?

How’s the Arai ownership so far?
Is it good if compare any other top helmet?
Can the spoiler be removed?
Why would you remove it, just get that alternative helmet, don’t buy this one
It helps against drag. This helmet is purpose built for high speeds
Nobody:
"Are people really afraid of technology?"
Guy in a suit: *surprise attack* "TECHNOLOGY!"
woman: "ahhhh"
Does it come with the blue bag the other Pro GPs come with?

Wdym half a size smaller? Im using the M both and i feel like theyre the same.

Owned 2 shark helmets and both were losing parts as I was riding.
Never again.
And at that price 😓

Price will kill this helmet
Cost more than an arai rx7v
ugly spoiler design
This helmet is incredible loud. Don't buy this.
