You did it great!!!! Thank you. I am now trying to make this beautiful boho
Hey I love the tutorial! I am making this for a size 36 inches bust so how do I figure out the size of the squares a little confused
Lovely top. I think I’ll make it for my 3 granddaughters. How much yarn did you use? Is this a size small or medium? Thank you and congratulations on your first video. I subscribed!😀
This I would say is a size small but could also fit a medium because it is quite loose and has stretch. I used close to 10 oz of yarn. Thank you for subscribing!
Thank you so much 🥰
Hej och vad kul att du är här nu ❤️👍😍
Hello, I am here too. Congratulations for your channel ☺
Awww thank you Silvia!! 🥰
Nice tutorial
Una belleza tus diseños 👏👏👏👏👏 consulta que grosor es el hilado que usas ??
Très beau merci
Thank you!
This was a great tutorial, thank you 😊
I’m curious, how can it be made bigger? We’re not all the same size 🥴
It is easy to make bigger. The video suggests making it bigger on the outside square, but I would add rows to the round part. Ex: Triple crochet your first circle and triple crochet the row before peddles. This alone gives each square 1 more inch. Make 8 squares in paper attached to see how big you want each square. Then either use a bigger hook or do as I suggested, but always make a paper plan, taped first. That's a lot faster than tearing apart your work later. ❣😊🇨🇦
How much yarn is needed the pattern is lovely
I absolutely LOVE this too!! I would love to make one for my daughter who is 9 months old.. is there a way to make this in baby sizes?
Lindo💕
Would love for you to do an add onto this part with a triangle for this granny square
Wow for your tutorial. And how many balls did you use for this project, and what size please ?
Hi I am crocheting this right now can u show triangle of this grany square so I can use it to create v neck jecket thanks and very lively square it is
Thank you so much for this cute tutorial, but what kind of yarn did u use? Is it coton? And is it big ply small ply or a regular one? I'm from Indonesia, and i'm curious of what yarn is it.
❤ I liked it very much 😍
i made it too and i love it❤😀😍
Hermoso tutorial, te agradezco, eres muy buena enseñando, lo entendí perfecto y eso que no hablo tu idioma😅, saludos desde México 😊
You are the best
Thank you so much!!
How much yarn do you need for this pattern? Can not wait to make! Thank You!
I absolutely love this top and I'm thinking of making it for a friend. The only problem I'm running into so far is sizing. The friend I'm making this for is pretty petite so I'm aiming for a small or maybe even an extra small. After doing the first square it seems like it might end up being a little bigger than what I need. Can you tell me how it fits or what size it might be close to?
Also, I know sizes can be very personal to some so please don't feel any pressure to disclose any information you don't want to.
Go down to a 3.5 mm crochet hook
I apologize for my delay, but yes using a smaller hook will be helpful is bringing the size now
When you say light weight worsted mercerized cotton would that be a sport weight size yarn. I have 24/7 and was wondering if that would work or does it have to be DK?
Just want to say thanks again! I've been making so many of these, I've figured out how to make different sizes, and just got a request from my granddaughter to make her one with a sun flower in the middle. I am making the circle part with brown and the leaves yellow and then the chains green with the last steps in creme. One last question ( sorry to be a pain) what do you use to line them? I just wear mine over a tank top, or with this pattern are cups and option? Thanks again for the inspiration!
I am so sorry for my late response. I am sure you have already figured out what you would like to do but as for lining I just suggest sewing in fabric behind each square, or at least the front three, to add some coverage. I always wear mine with a bralette underneath or just a bikini top, but if I were to line it that is what I would do. :)
@@HandsofZealCrochet No worries, had to set it aside to fill another order for something else. Ironically I just started sewing the pieces together last night LOL so actually perfect timing and thank you so much for responding! I'll probably just wear it over my bathing suit top or a spaghetti strap. My daughters can sew a lining in if they want one. Again thanks for your great tutorials/patterns! Have a great day and happy hooking!🥰
Is gorgeous! What number yarn is the one you used?
Meaning the yarn weight? Or the color?
It’s a DK weight, size 3 🙂
You explained this soooo good!! And I’m not even English mother tongue 😆 Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern ❤️
Awww I’m so glad!! Thank you! ☺️
Heyy, I'd like to start by thanking you for making the tutorial. However I just wanted to give a little constructive feedback, I found that your hands move very quickly and I was having a hard time seeing what loops you were putting the hook into at the start of the video. I keep pulling mine out bc Im not sure if I'm doing it right. Everytime I finish the beginning portion I find mine doesn't look quite like yours. Anyways I'm going to pull it out again in attempt to make this top. As for it is super cute. But just thought maybe if you moved your hands a bit slower to dramtically show what holes your hook is going into for the first few stiches it would be very helpful for other beginner crocheters. Thank you again for your time to put this together and consideration for future tutorials. 🙂
Hi Jade! Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know and I will absolutely make sure to go slower in my future videos. ☺️
Hej! I wonder wich size is this Top? Small , Medium. Great Tutorial.
The one I made for myself I would say is a size small :)
Hi love the top can you please say what size this top is
Could you add more squares to make it longer or even wider? How souks that changes the assembly process? Thanks!
Thank you so much for this tutorial ! I have an issue : my top is very very "thick", and even with an extra row of double crochet its too close to my body imo.. im size M/L. Maybe i uses a coton too thick ? It supposed to be size 4 crochet. And how Would you make this top bigger / more loose ? Using a crochet size 5? Best regards
Hi Maggie! Thank you for giving this tutorial a try! Yes, you can absolutely make the squares bigger by going up a hook size. That will make each square larger and more loose fitting once assembled. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
❤❤❤❤
Beautiful pattern.. just curious though.. how many squares for a large-x-large? Thanks in advance.
Thank you so much! So it will be the same amount of squares, you will just add more rounds to each square to make the top a larger size.
@@HandsofZealCrochet Thank you!
predivno
Can I use a rayon yarn? I’m looking at a Lions Brand that I think would be real pretty.
Yes I think that would work just fine! :)
May I ask I add two more at the front instead of tassels. As they give me mega ickski
can you please show us how to make triangles of this pattern? thank you
thank you very pretty...why cut yarn before last row?
You know, I just realized the other day that it wasn't actually necessary to do that! haha - kind of too late to change it now but you are right in noticing it wasnt needed. ;)
@@HandsofZealCrochet 😆no judgement here! I was paying attention because i thought i was doing it wrong❤️
@@creampeonies2417 😂😂😂
this is beautiful and the pattern was ok to follow sort of.. but the yarn color matches the back ground and you are out of center frame a lot of times and your fingers are in the way a lot when you say "go right here" or something like that but it can't be seen.. I see this is 2 years old but that is just my feedback
Can you bring your work a bit closer please
I found that I can zoom in on the tutorial. Hope this helps you.
You obviously don't know how to use the tool bar🤦🏽♀️
@@Rara-pr9wgthis person asked so nicely. You didn’t have to be so rude. This might be someone who doesn’t get technology very well. Hope you wouldn’t want someone to be rude to your grandma if she was the one asking for help. Being a kind person is free.
Just enlarge it like you would a picture you took with you 2 fingers its easy I needed a larger pic too lol good luck

👍
I am making this now but my squares don’t lay flat when I’m finished…. I’m trying to make a bigger size so I took the advice of another commenter and am triple crocheting most of my stitches instead of double, and I add an extra row around the edge at the end. Because of the triple crochets, it’s a looser weave. Could that be what’s causing my squares to be wavy and rumpled?
Hi there how do I make this top in a size 22? is it a matter of using bigger needle ad making the square bigger or doing more squares?
Hello how would I make this bigger
Hi there! I apologize for my delay.
Yes, so to make it bigger, you just keep adding rounds to each square (I explain how to add more rounds in the tutorial). That will make the top larger over all. ☺️ You can also use a thicker yarn (like a worsted) and go up a hook size.
Is there a video or pattern I can buy for the top you're wearing in this one? I searched Etsy but don't see it. It appears to be different stitches. Thanks
I'm only coming up with 32 dc on round 2
tank you for the video! is the measurement in inches?
Yes it is :)
I like your work ❤
Please Greek subtitles?
I make it for my daughter
Just wondering how you'd make it for plus sized bodies? Just make more squares making sure it's an even amount?
How woukd I make it bigger? So this one is a small. How would I make a med, large?
