Coin base price is a bit higher than most other platforms due to transaction Fees. You just have to look at which platform is charges less transaction fees depending on your country. What country are you buying from?
I'm interested in Bitcoin to a degree. So I could buy one coin now as an investment. What bothers me is the way I have to store it. I know most actually like it but keeping a thumb drive in my house whose value is $65k and climbing. How do people store this stuff in a way that is safe from theft and disaster? Surprised the model doesn’t have a USD inflation rate. If we are denominating BTC price in USD, we should be adjusting the price based on how quickly the melting ice cube fiat currency is debasing/inflating. In theory, BTC price could go to infinity similar to other countries whose currency has completely worthless.
Good point. I think the present day value metric puts things into perspective. For example, if I believe Bitcoin will soak up the monetary premium of certain things, why would I sell for less than that amount today?
Bitcoin is stupid under priced. We've just barely touched silver. Heads will explode once we pass gold and take some market share from bonds, stocks and re. 🧡
Bitcoin is not cheap but you can buy a whole or tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of it. And you can sell and buy it in a sec whenever you want, wherever you are. That's the value of it.
Probably this is the first time I disagree with you. People selling their property and investing in Bitcoin is flashing sing of a bubble! OK, some day Bitcoin will be $173K worth, but it seems to me that probably not in this cycle. And this sounds strange to hear you comparing gold's market cap vs. Bitcoin's MCap and then multiplying it by x10... Will Bitcoin be used in production? Are you seriuos? You are too excited in my opinion and also this is a sign of a bubble for me...
Same here. This is like that saying of "you know you're near the peak when people who've had no exposure to the investments are now interested" Like your local Walmart worker talking about crypto. Also, Twitter is very crypto-oriented people, so they don't fully reflect the population lol
@@WhiteBoardFinance Not speaking for OP, but I think they're saying that it doesn't seem really that feasible to hit $173K this fast. I noticed that we only take into account all the things that go right with BTC and not anythings that can go wrong. So it looks like "BTC only go up" and has that bubble-like feeling. IMO, the return of the celeb-endorsements for sh*tcoins makes me feel we're nearing a top again. Too much hype, too fast will lead to a huge crash

@@isaiahtraben1429 I feel like ETH is in the early stages of when Bitcoin first started. I think it has potential to get over 10k+ within the upcoming years
Well here's a simple question. Why isn't Bitcoin at that price today, right now? Predicting the future is always ultimately worth nothing until the future arrives. And just to clarify, I'm not at all against Bitcoin; just curious about people's opinions.
Pragmatic take, but I'd dispute the gold/silver selloff into BTC - at least to this degree. I think BTC's growth will outpace them, but that BTC isn't going to soak up all their monetary value. BTC requires KYC and either self custody or third-party custodial service. This is easier to project BTC as a replacement in the west for me... but this is also where gold has little adoption. I think the barbaric relics will be along for the ride to soak up the flight from sovereign debt markets.
I hear you, but no one will use a shiny rock if there is a better form of money for the digital age. I think it’s a winner take all scenario. How many horse and buggies do you see on the road outside of Amish country? This is even more so for money.
@@WhiteBoardFinance well, gold doesn't create a horse manure crisis, but I get your point. I can't think of a bear case against BTC unless Satoshi's coins were to move.
Saylor turned me off from Eth as well. Over long term, proof of stake is not as effective at proof of work, and Eth is demonstrably a softer store of value than BTC.
I get paid for upselling. It works like this. Sraet a thread orimoting a product ( bitcoin) and the AI gents bots created chime in. As Donald Trump quipped, The Art of the Sale. (Deal).
Remember, we can also see people trading their BTC for other assets like real estate. A lot of millennials are looking to get into the housing market and their BTC capital gains may just be the golden ticket.

Bitcoin is stupid under priced. We've just barely touched silver. Heads will explode once we pass gold and take some market share from bonds, stocks and re. 🧡
.
This aged well
bitcoin has been going wild
Unfortunately, this video will not be popular...
But it will age very-veeery well!
😊
Thank you, Marko!
My pleasure thanks for watching!

The reason bitcoin is so cheap is because people are bad at math. Change my mind.
Bitcoin is not cheap but you can buy a whole or tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of it. And you can sell and buy it in a sec whenever you want, wherever you are. That's the value of it.
@@bulentgercekexchanges all charge fees, so you can buy it with fees
So what exactly are you disagreeing with? The video was just showing how it could realistically reach $173k.
I hear you, but there was no time frame associated with this video. It was just a market cap discussion and what it would take for it to get there.
@@WhiteBoardFinance I meannn, the YT Title makes the 2024 claim, so I felt that the implied timeframe is EOY 2024, but I can see how you can try to be vague on pricing estimates & keeping the year for more clicks
Where are you getting these probability of capture numbers from?
They're just guesstimates. You can adjust them accordingly.
What happens when the government wants their cut?
Bitcoin will end up greatest wipe out ever to happen on Earth. Meantime, some folks will become billionaires in $.
What platforms are you buying your Crypto on? I like the concept of BTC but a lot of these exchanges I see look really suspicious.
What country are you buying from?
Couldn’t wait to watch! Thank you Marko!

Thanks!
Long time marko
I start watching you when you're Chanel was at 10K

Going to hold till that price if it hits going to pay off my parents debt 🤝 diamond 🙌💎

Happy to help
great video, Marko.
thanks for sharing!
Glad you liked it!
What are the best additions to a $500k portfolio to boost performance? ETH is Up and will do better, I believe as indicators for profits continue to improve, investors like me believe that “Santa has come early” to the markets.
I think you're better off with majority investment in bitcoin and uprising equities cos they always outperform... Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on which to acquire
wow massive gains! my partner recently hinted on going same direction. what did you invest in and who is your investment advisor please, if you don’t mind me asking? in dire need of asset allocation
(Rosa Barnard Investment Advisor) is the licensed advisor I use... Just copy everything in the bracket and research. You'd find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment
Thank you for this amazing tip... I just looked the name up, wrote her explaining my financial market goals
But seriously tho … wen moon?
Your dedication to quality content is unmatched. I hope my channel can bring even half the value yours does.
If anyone has been watching Marko for years you will know he has a magical crystal ball lmao. But really, he does. A lot of what he posts actually happens
Thanks! I don't have a crystal ball but I stay plugged in and just try to stay educated!
Except for the recession he guaranteed due to the inverse yield curve..
Those take 12-24 months to play out. No one made any guarantees. Sorry to disappoint lol
All the exchange will crash when it hits $100k+.
Waiting for the crash
This may seem like a dumb question, but is the etf IBIT worth it? Or should you just do the bitcoin instead?
do you want Blackrock sending you a screenshot of your bitcoin, or do you want to hold the keys to the only finitely scarce bearer asset in human history?
It’s safer and a lot easier that way. To buy bitcoin, you better know what you’re doing and store it properly or it will definitely get stolen.
Said you started in 2018, would you consider yourself an early adopter? I feel most of those that I consider early adopters are those libertarians that were so hyped about it in the early 2010s
I have heard about her excellent trading expertise in CNBC news, guess she's more popular in United Kingdom.
TELL EM MARKO!!
BTC is a small % of my portfolio but I still prefer stocks
Nothing wrong with that!
How high you think Ethereum would go to?
Also curious about this. BTC is great store of value but ETH actually has function.
ETH is an unregistered security
Hopefully zero.
That thing is nothing more than a parasite leaching onto Bitcoin’s success.
@@isaiahtraben1429 I feel like ETH is in the early stages of when Bitcoin first started. I think it has potential to get over 10k+ within the upcoming years
respectfully, ETH and Bitcoin are apples and elephants
Stop the craziness, BitCoin will never be at $173,000+ maybe in 20+ years but not now...

Finally got one to pop up on my main feed. TH-cam Algorithm has been corrected, some might even say woke

ong bro this guy straight yapping that he can predict 😂😂😂
There was no prediction. It was just math.
@@WhiteBoardFinance Lovely tittle then.
Playing the youtube game. It works for others, obviously not for me.
I’m gonna convert my ETH to BTC
Saylor turned me off from Eth as well. Over long term, proof of stake is not as effective at proof of work, and Eth is demonstrably a softer store of value than BTC.
Proof of work > Proof of stake when discussing hard money.

I get paid directly from the marketing director of Bitcoin

What percentage of your wealth have you allocated to bitcoin?
15% at all times, more when the price balloons. I never sell.
Remember, we can also see people trading their BTC for other assets like real estate. A lot of millennials are looking to get into the housing market and their BTC capital gains may just be the golden ticket.
Median price of homes has gone down 10x in Bitcoin terms.
