For anyone still checking this video. nasus Q now scales with attack damage only, the bonus damage is not taken into account, which means, crit nasus is no longer viable because your crits will most likely be shorter in dmg then your regular Q's since they scale of the bonus dmg as well.

Florian Paul I will now do some maths to see how many stacks he really has. Your 720 stacks is what he should have for the cs. If a wave has 6 creeps, then he will need 40 waves before he can get that amount of cs.(without canon minions) This video was done after the patch of the time so he will be able to get 6 stacks for a canon minion. After that we will need to make sure we put canon waves in there which appear every 3 waves. We can now assume that he will get every creep with a siphoning strike. For 3 waves, he needs to get 19 cs so 18x3=54 stacks + 6= 60 stacks. Now that we have the number for every 3 waves, we also need to think about jungle creeps because he cant always be in lane. He could have been zoned. Stopping at 36 creep waves is reasonable as it gives him a total of 228 creeps. In the jungle, he would only have been able to get 12 cs if we stop at 30...so maybe he could be farming the golems on the other side every time he passes it. He should have farmed the golems 6 times. There is also the possibility of wolves to farm but which is a better option since garen should have been pushing hard. That makes him kill wolves about 4 times. Garen would have been roaming by now since he would be free farming. After all that maths i can make a very educated guess ( because there were so many factors) that his stacks were at an amazing:756 stacks. After that,there is... wait. WOW THAT IS BULLSHIT! I SPENT SO LONG FIGURING THAT OUT. WOW. Then there were more factors. That just sucks. Well that is the amount of stacks that he should have had. The minimum is 500.
Nasus' Q stacks extra damage on last hits, when using his Q to last hit with, this also can critical strike, making the extra damage add to the critical multiplier, therefor hitting over 3000. In theory, the number that he can critically strike for is infinite.

Yes this will still work but for those who know how to basically play league, this squishy Nasus could be easily slain by any AP carries without physically touching. TF+IE+LW would have given enough dmg output alreay since Nasus' Q can be benefited by Critical strike. Frozen Heart and Spirit Visage would have also given him a considerable amount of armor and mr as well as CDR in case he would be heavily focused at late game.
i burst out laughing when he just walks up to the vayne and quite literally 1shot her. yep. totally balanced champion. yes i understand this game went on for almost an hour and this nasus was apparently allowed to do some free farming to get to that stage, but really neither a 60 min game is all that uncommon nor is getting 300 cs in 60 mins all that difficult (quite the opposite). and im sure by now we've all seen that full tank nasus that can still 3 shot ur adc at 20 mins whilst being almost impossible to kill and having at his disposal a freaking 95% movespeed and 47.5% atk speed debuff with 5 second duration and a cooldown that can be brought down to just under 7 seconds.. BALANCED!
So he IS balanced then, just in a more extreme way. It's like you're saying that no other champ can get wildly out of control in that long a game, with a bunch of kills and decent farm.
well, in the same sense other champions can be focused and put behind, yes he can have that done to him as well. obviously yes he's not the only champ that can wildly snowball from getting a couple kills early, but the thing about him is he gets stupidly strong even if he doesnt get those kills. most decent champions that dont get any kills will scale up "ok" with farm, but nasus scales up a whole lot more than "ok" due to the free damage he gets from Q stacks. if yo u "go even" with a nasus and he farmed, even if you did also, you actually lost anyway. that's not true for most other champions. to "shut him down" you actively have to kill him and/or heavily deny farm. and even if you pummel him into the dirt, he's at the very least still a roaming exhaust every 7 seconds. (not saying you lost the game if you went even in lane with a nasus, obviously the game can still take any number of turns before it ends and having nasus on your team is far from being a guarantee of victory. just that the nasus gets free scaling to give him an advantage). i frankly don't think he's "insanely broken", just somewhat overpowered. i think he'd be fine if they nerfed his wither some more. if they cut the movement debuff in half, or at least made it quickly decay over its duration like slows of similar strength do, and/or increased it's cooldown some, then i think he'd probably be somewhat balanced.
Neenjah Rammus So basically what you're telling me, is that all people who want to win top lane should be playing Nasus, and only Nasus. SO MANY champs that lane top can keep him from getting farm, and so can any jungler that's worth his salt. The key is to play more aggressively right from the start. Bully tactics. Keep him from that farm, build the right items to prevent that incoming damage. Pretty simple.

to 1v1 one baron in normale you just hve to have around 3k hp 30% life steel and more than 1.50 atack speed its easy with sion ww nasus rengar noturne and others, its hard with ap champs but if you gote a liche bane it's doable

At level 18, Nasus' base attack damage is 116. An Infinite Edge gives 70 attack damage, and makes critical strikes deal 250% damage instead 200% (ie. 2.5x damage). With that in mind, even if an Infinite Edge was the _only_ item Nasus has, a critical hit on Siphoning strike would deal 1215 flat damage ((300 * 2.5) + ((116 + 70) * 2.5)). Now include a trinity force, which adds 30 attack damage as well as the spellblade passive (after casting a spell, ie. Siphoning Strike, the next auto attack will deal extra damage equal to 200%, or 2x, base attack damage), and that jumps to 1522 flat damage ((300 * 2.5) + ((116 + 70 + 30) * 2.5) + (116 * 2)). At 500 stacks with IE and Trinity force, and he deals 2022 flat damage in one hit. Let's add the Last Whisper, which adds 40 attack damage, and that increases to 2122 flat damage... that now ignores 35% of the opponent's armor. The Nasus here was dealing over 3000 damage to super minions; even Garen with 190+ armor was taking over 1000 damage from a single hit. It's not hard to see where that would get out of hand; especially against an enemy team composition like this one that has _almost no hard CC whatsoever._
it improves your map awareness and chase/run ability it also makes you not be farming while your whole team is farming that might or not happen before i used camera unlocked.

I write and draw with my right hand, and I use a right-handed setup for using the computer, but I drink with my left hand, carry things with my left hand, and do a lot of secondary tasks with it. I don't do what some people do any use the right hand for everything that only requires one hand to do.
no, thats why a FARMED nasus is op, not a crit one...with this build you just have some pen., but you can buy a lw on a tanky nasus and get everything else hp/armor/mr, and you'll do 80% of the dmg you do here while staying alive 10x longer
His q stacks back then used to get 200% damage ( multiplied by two) 250 with infinity edge and so if you build crit ( of course you have to farm -,-) you get a ton more damage
Actually back then, people used to upload vids with titles like "this is why *insert champion's name* is broken", and that's the reason of the title in this video, try it, type "this is why *tank* nasus is broken" as an example.

Mirkel Leliveld Did you seriously try to imply that Yasuo is overpowered? He is easily one of the weakest champions in the game. If you are losing to him then you are just bad. Nasus is broken but that is why he is always banned, same thing with Kassadin. Fizz isn't OP, he just counters a lot of champs and has a good mobile burst kit, a lot like Ahri. So in short, you are bad and until you are in Plat or higher you have no right to try and say any champion is overpowered. Learn to deal with them.
This was one of the best times of league, people had a good behavior and where less toxic than how it actually is. Also so many ways to build your champ, from on hit Yi to ap Yi or crit Yi. Crit Nasus, tanks nasus, off tank nasus.. So many ways and it wasn't just them. Literally every champ had many ways to build. It was so much fun.. I miss this time also the map which looks like a real jungle and something you want to concuer, the newer Summoners Rift map doesn't look like you want to start a adventure there..
I woudn't go too far with being "toxic". Back then people didn't cry over being call an idiot as easy as today, back then there would be reply something like "fck off" and everybody would move on. In reality, Nasus is incredibly easy to shut down, or at least keep under control.

SO MANY champs that lane top can keep him from getting farm, and so can any jungler that's worth his salt. The key is to play more aggressively right from the start. Bully tactics. Keep him from that farm, build the right items to prevent that incoming damage. Pretty simple.

His passive wasn't the bug, or really even the main issue being demonstrated here; it was the fact that critical strikes multiplied the extra damage from Siphoning Strike as well as his auto-attack damage.
At level 18, Nasus' base attack damage is 116. An Infinite Edge gives 70 attack damage, and makes critical strikes deal 250% damage instead 200% (ie. 2.5x damage). With that in mind, even if an Infinite Edge was the _only_ item Nasus has, a critical hit on Siphoning strike would deal 1215 flat damage ((300 * 2.5) + ((116 + 70) * 2.5)).
Now include a trinity force, which adds 30 attack damage as well as the spellblade passive (after casting a spell, ie. Siphoning Strike, the next auto attack will deal extra damage equal to 200%, or 2x, base attack damage), and that jumps to 1522 flat damage ((300 * 2.5) + ((116 + 70 + 30) * 2.5) + (116 * 2)).
At 500 stacks with IE and Trinity force, and he deals 2022 flat damage in one hit. Let's add the Last Whisper, which adds 40 attack damage, and that increases to 2122 flat damage... that now ignores 35% of the opponent's armor.
The Nasus here was dealing over 3000 damage to super minions; even Garen with 190+ armor was taking over 1000 damage from a single hit. It's not hard to see where that would get out of hand; especially against an enemy team composition like this one that has _almost no hard CC whatsoever._

I write and draw with my right hand, and I use a right-handed setup for using the computer, but I drink with my left hand, carry things with my left hand, and do a lot of secondary tasks with it. I don't do what some people do any use the right hand for everything that only requires one hand to do.

no, thats why a FARMED nasus is op, not a crit one...with this build you just have some pen., but you can buy a lw on a tanky nasus and get everything else hp/armor/mr, and you'll do 80% of the dmg you do here while staying alive 10x longer
His q stacks back then used to get 200% damage ( multiplied by two) 250 with infinity edge and so if you build crit ( of course you have to farm -,-) you get a ton more damage

Yi's ult is op, Fiddle ult has so much dmg, when riven is feed there is nothing to do, teemo's mushrooms can easimy kill you even you're full life if you hit for example 3 of them and if he is feed... See what i mean ? They all have broken game mechanics but i think they all have weakness. I admit some champions have more weakness then an another but well, this is the game and there is patch :)

and yes all champs have something good, but some champs are to good. ever laned against zac? once you finally killed him (wich is hard cos hes tanky) he can just easily come to live again! you need a bunch of people to actually really kill him...

He is easily one of the weakest champions in the game. If you are losing to him then you are just bad. Nasus is broken but that is why he is always banned, same thing with Kassadin. Fizz isn't OP, he just counters a lot of champs and has a good mobile burst kit, a lot like Ahri.
So in short, you are bad and until you are in Plat or higher you have no right to try and say any champion is overpowered. Learn to deal with them.
This was one of the best times of league, people had a good behavior and where less toxic than how it actually is. Also so many ways to build your champ, from on hit Yi to ap Yi or crit Yi. Crit Nasus, tanks nasus, off tank nasus.. So many ways and it wasn't just them. Literally every champ had many ways to build. It was so much fun.. I miss this time also the map which looks like a real jungle and something you want to concuer, the newer Summoners Rift map doesn't look like you want to start a adventure there..
I woudn't go too far with being "toxic". Back then people didn't cry over being call an idiot as easy as today, back then there would be reply something like "fck off" and everybody would move on. Now everyone cries for weeks over something like that or unleash their superpower which is report. This is what makes this game so toxic nowdays.
