i just got the 2015 honda civic coupe! thanks for the review i couldn’t find anyone who’s done any mods on it so that was a bit disappointing. and the driving with the CVT transmission is going to take some getting used too for me. also the steering wheel seems a bit harder to make sharp turns than my previous car but overall it’s a great vehicle. but yea it could use some subwoofers 😂 i know you uploaded this video awhile ago so what have you don’t to your vehicle since then?
+Echoid83 I've been very happy with my Civic! I'm in California so the lack of heated side mirrors has not affected me this winter but I see how that would be a problem in colder climates. Have you done any upgrades/modifications to your car?

Awesome! I think it would be a great first car. The coupe body style is cool to drive. In late 2020 I switched over to an Accord but this civic is still in my family.
Based off videos/photos I've seen, the screen and rear view camera seem really small! I'm a little shorter and I'm used to.having a bigger screen in the middle. Can it be more difficult using the rear view camera given its size?
Jessica, the screen is actually just fine for backing up. I've never had trouble using it and neither has my gf who is 5'. You'll get used to it fairly quick.
@@drasticX9 I wish I would’ve took those precautions I let my young neices and nephews in the back and it was the worst mistake ever hope when I take it to get detailed it will come out
+Swolenator The side is pretty hard to see. You literally have to turn your whole head around and look through the rear window into your blind spot. I recently tinted my windows and made sure I did not go too dark because of the visibility issues when looking into my blind spot. You get used to it after a while though- just don't rely on your peripheral vision when switching lanes.
+chris hernandez yeah I have a different brand coupe and it is the same way but at least this would have a backup camera. Do you have any of it tinted? I'm thinking about getting the same thing or a sedan and tinting it curious how it looks.
The wheels? Yeah, they are hubcaps. Car has been pretty awesome my 5 months with it. The CVT was the only thing i struggled with getting used to but it is growing on me and i enjoy it a lot more now as time passes.
Hey David! I plan to make a new video showing a 100K mile update. But to review, the car has been great. It has finally hit 100k and there have been no issues besides........... the paint peeling. I know, It's a big bummer but mechanically it has been great.
It's actually decently loud but lacking in bass. It has 2 tweeters, 2 front speakers and 2 rear speakers. I ended up adding a self powered subwoofer to fill in the bass void.

@hugogarcia The guidelines do not move and that allows you to align them with the parking space lines and park correctly.

I have a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe LX too. I love the car. The only issue I have is that the side mirrors do not defrost.

My seats got really dirty and it’s a pain in the butt to keep it clean on the inside do you have the same problem
I actually ended up giving the car to my sister in 2020. My seats were spotless at the time. Just take proper precautions to avoid stains

It was pretty good while I owned it with one fatal flaw: Paint peeling. The paint started peeling at year 3 so I purchased a new car.

What button did u say to change the small screen
There's a small button on the steering wheels that has squares on it to change the screen. I will upload some videos soon off the features.
Is it good legroom
It is pretty roomy to me. I drive other cars at times and this one is definitely spacious for its model.
I like this design better than the new one. Not to impressed with the honda stereo systems though.
The design grew on me with time. To fix the low end missing from the stock stereo, I added a powered subwoofer. Sounds great now.

The Si its better
I wasn't really a fan of the Si in this generation but it is nice. 😎
