As a S5ii user, I would tell you some disadvantages that No youtuber mentions. These youtube videos are all the same and nobody says the important stuff. S5II produces not very sharp footage. I get sharper image on my S1R, which is not supposed even to be used as a video camera. So you wont get real 4K resolution on S5II. The footage on 4000ISO in LOG is NOISY!! you will be very upset when you will bring your footage to DaVinci and will try to reduce the noise. Some of it just would not go away. The base ISO is 640 in LOG, so be ready with your ND filters. The focus is BAD and dont listen to youtubers who say it's almost the same as Sony. Guys, you will lose focus in the important moments. Whenever you will have contrasty background, your focus will travel far away and will never come back. Also nobody talks about the smoothness of the focus, It is Absent!. And in the video above you can see it at 4:44 when the Focus "Hunting" occurs the bokeh start to dance back and forth and the image becomes unusable. And this Focus Hunting is just the way this camera focuses. So you will have always the bokeh dance. Sorry for the truth. You can still get good footage on the camera, but you will struggle so much more than on fx3 for example. and you will loose so many good shots. Good videomakers will just skip this camera.
Exactly people that do serious video work professionally will skip on this camera with the AF still in beta five years after the first Lumix S. We can't afford to have unreliable tools for work as an af hunt can ruin a good section during an interview 😅
I recently sold my a7s3 for the s5ii. Sony's lack of update approach even updates for basic lens design issues such as focus breathing did it for me . With that said I'm keeping my original Sony A7r3, gm lenses, and few art lenses. Sony IMO still has the best AF, but unfortunately that's not enough when you can't rely on them to stand by their customers.
Yup I own both the a7iv and the lumix s5 first edition and the Lumix is a far superior camera with more features than the a7iv except when it comes to AF. Sony is in it for the money where Lumix is also in it for the money but they actually care about their clients, the updates speak for itself. The a7iv is my first and last Sony camera
I switched to the S5 years ago and I still use it with my S1R for all my paid sessions. I rarely used autofocus for video, so I wasn't concerned about that with the S5. I will say that the improved autofocus on the S5II is tempting though. Open gate is the main reason I'd be ready to upgrade.
And while the comments rage in debate on the reason for review…. This Camera is flat out Dope 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Shot a destination Wedding with a couple of bodies 😮 Sleeper Diamond Level Camera - and this is coming from a longtime Sony/Canon Shooter. Today’s Cameras all pretty much create great images, but these small cinema like Primes are clean and something to behold. The Crop factor to me is an asset more than a loss. I use it to get 2 focal lengths on one lens on Canon so I used it on those LUMIX bodies with great results.
I have the S5ii and it's amazing honestly. Just would like a 35-150 on there (Samyang plz?) and I'm sold on just using this camera. The deal on the s5ii with the 20-60 and the 50mm is amazing already honestly.
Since mirrorles came out I decided to invest in lenses instead of cameras especially vintage manual ones, that way, in case i am thinking of another system I just switch and adapt the lenses since I actually enjoy manual focus.
I'm on one of the Lumix Facebook user groups and they are saying the video recorded in-camera looks oversharpened and that you need to record externally to BRAW to get an image closer to the original S5 which wasn't oversharpned.
Always been a lumix user. Started with the g7. The S5ii hands down is the best camera out right now. With all the specs you get for the price. Also the IBS in the camera is brilliant. As for the lens complaining. Well how many lens dose one need. The L lens cover all focal range needed. 18mm to 100mm in prime lens and a few good zoon lenes. The L lens are always made for filming over photos. Diff would recommend to get the S5ii or x.
no telephoto lens at all...and no the 70-300 is not a telephoto lens if you need reach...you can go with sigma but af is awful .....but in some time they will probably make more lenses and then lumix will probably be the 1 company if they continue like this
I chose to use Lumix cameras as they were the brand that based there cameras more on the video side rather the photo. The GH5 is more a film camera then photo. Lumix has made some cameras that are more photo based but most of there cameras are more film based then photo. The L mount lens are made with film making in mind rather then photos. @@sardanapalos
Welcome to LUMIX Lizzie, Lenses to try 1-- 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f/1.05 Lens for Leica L its Manual Focus Design but a LOW light monster fun to play around with. 2-- Venus Optics Laowa 24mm f/14 Macro Probe Lens for Leica L
Still a loyal supporter of Lumix in their M43 field. GX9 with their native lenses. Though FF I am more comfortable with Sony due to the lens choices. Their body ergo needs some fine tuning though. APS-C is Fuji for me. Their lenses and body combo is a fun system to use. Still rocking the X-T3 till today. Those moments of, let me just shoot with this and that recipe. At the end of the day, I don’t tie myself down to a brand and be loyal, I just see their price, features and lens choices. That right moment is where I will just pick them up and use it. I started photography with a Canon DSLR, the 550D and mirrorless system with the Olympus EM5II.
Great camera presence, pun intended. When i was a TV news reporter, we had a saying that we weren't the most important aspect of the story. Would've been nice to see more product use... and fewer jump cuts
I actually DO enjoy moving 😏 But that may be better said for locations than camera systems, as I'm still favoring Sony's color science and AF. But, if Panasonic continues making better cameras at lower prices, I'd give them a try in the future.
I'm going to be getting the S5iix before the end of the year and now I'm trying to decide if I should get the new Sigma 24-70 or get the Lumix S Pro 24-70. My initial decision is to stick with all Lumix S style lenses as I would have done with any other brand and get all native glass. Back when I was a Canon shooter, I had the RF 24-70 and 70-200 RF so I'm not worried really about the weight. Though with the L-Mount Alliance, I think it's all considered "native" glass.
It's not really hybrid, but rather a video camera. I think most cameras in this price range are delivering a great performance in photo aswell, but it's definitely more pointed towards video. It's literally the S5II + better video specs
Looking forward to office organization videos, they are always fascinating. Lumix has a good reputation but I'm pretty deep in the Sony and Fuji ecosystems so I'll stay where I am.
Your best decision. Lumix is far superior than Sony, for those who know their needs and not for those brainwashed by Sony's notorious marketing, that has managed to persuade people the only that matters is auto focus even to those who NEVER use it!!! Panasonic have the best stabilization, the best tropicalization, perfect color science, great ergonomics, the best video codecs, the best handling and the best quality, among others. If Panasonic knew what marketing is, they could have eliminate the competition. Proud user of Lumix cameras since 2008! Never looked back! I welcome you!!!
When I look at a brand I look at their lens selection more than the body. The body from dofferent brand all has its strong point here and there. The determine factor to pick a system more come down to the lens. When I look at L lens. There is no inieresting lens caught my attention. There is no my favourate focal length Tamron 35-150 for Sony and Nikon. There is no lens like 28-70 f2 from Canon. Their 24-70 and 70-200 f2.8 are very heavy. If I switch system to S5II, I could not find replacement for those lens I love. Actually their own m4/3 system has way more interesting lens than their L mount.
The s5ii is the best value full frame hybrid camera period. It beats out the more expensive r6ii and a7iv in several areas while remaining competitive in the rest. It's on par for less money. What more can you ask for?
what i'm experience, lumix is great in terms of their pricing but on par with the other brand hign end camera specs. and yes lens selection is limited but alliance is growing. as of now samyang also entered the alliance. hope viltrox and tamroon too. Definitely they will enter cuz of the limited of native selection. A Business Opportunity for them😊
I current shoot on the Canon EOS R, but the recording limit, 4k crop, hit-or-miss AF, plus no 3rd party lenses makes me tempted to move to a new platform. At the moment i am *possibly* going to trade in my gear to mpb or keh for a Lumix S5 iix. But, the Sony A7R IV definitely tempts me too. I do about a 65/35 split in favor of video for products/edc on TH-cam and IG.
Yes we do need to talk because .... There seems to be a huge oversight in Panasonic software compared to Sony. Quote from the Sony manual : "To continuously adjust the focus and exposure during continuous shooting, set as follows: - [Focus Mode]: [Continuous AF] - [ AEL w/ shutter]: [Off] " This seems not possible with Panasonic. Haters please note: I shoot both systems professionally :)
I truly believe the world will one day wake up to how much value for money there is with Lumix cameras. Sony is it the ultimate cult and fanboy kingdom, they do make great cameras, but be open to knowing that at that price point there are some greater value options available. From the S5ii going forward, Lumix really got it right and the S5iiX was the absolute game changer. It will be interesting to see what they have in store over the next decade.
Nah sorry, I thought of this camera, but when I did, I also found the Sony a6700, I searched for this camera on Amazon, but I suddenly got the Sony a6700 recommended instead. After a lot of research and thought I decided to gift my niece my Canon 250D for Christmas and get the Sony a6700 instead, it doesn’t crop at 4k 60fps. Also it only overheats if you use it for extended periods of time, which I won’t need to. It does a hefty crop at 4k 120fps but who cares? It’s still usable! And this LUMIX is way pricier than the Sony a6700. This LUMIX camera costs over €2000 here in Germany body only, while the Sony a6700 body only can be found at €1429 and sometimes ever lower. So yea, easy! And not to forget, auto focus on this Sony camera is a beast compared to this LUMIX camera.
I'm a hybrid shooter and I use the S5II after switching from Canon. Sony was far too expensive and because I was shooting more video at the time, not needing autofocus, the original S5 was perfect for me as the video capability was up there with Sony for half the price. It's not as good on the stills side, which is a slight issue for me because I now shoot more stills but it still works well in dynamic conditions with challenging lighting environments, things like weddings and events. You do have to get used to the autofocus system and like Lizzie says, you have to work out the one that works for you. I havent had complaints from any of my clients. Also I haven't had an issue with lenses, I use Sigma exclusively and they work directly with Lumix to compete or even outmuscle the over-expensive native lenses. The MC21 adapter is good but it makes rhe autofocus even worse, I have now switched all my lenses over to L mount. If you're a wildlife or sports snapper, forget it, don't buy this camera but for most other things, it's perfectly usable and affordable. Nicely summed up I think, Lizzie and ignore the haters, you were very clear you weren't actually switching and you were just testing new gear for free which is your right because you've earned it. KIU 😊
It's funny, though, anyone who sees me at a wedding or knows a little about photography says why haven't you got a Sony and think I'm mad shooting with a Lumix. Then they see the images at the end and can't tell the difference 😂
I switched from the A7C to the S5ii and have loved it. IMO the S5ii's autofocus is very comparable to the A7C/A7III/A6600 generations of cameras, but I havent been able to use anything after those cameras so maybe the newest cameras have better autofocus, but for me its great. I shoot weddings, fashion shows and work in studio with portraits and havent had any issues, plus the stabilization is amazing.
Hi nice video, I bought the S5ii last year and I absolutely love it. It does everything I need it to do, and it does it all beautifully. HNY take care from London UK
I borrowed an S1R for a weekend just after launch it was the AF that pushed to Sony. I utilize mainly sigma glass with the conversion service I am forever keeping an eye on the S series because I agree they definitely have a mastery cost benefit and their service in Canada is pretty responsive (speaking from my experience in Ottawa). So I will be following to see how you make out. Now days its a lack of FPS
I used to use a GH4 and the low light when filming was HORRENDOUS!! So so noisy, even with the Sigma lens on it. Sony fixed that for me with unbeliveable low light and I will never go back. It put me of Panasonic and Lumix for life. These cameras aren't cheap!
I've been using the original Lumix S5 for awhile now, and am perfectly happy with it aside from the autofocus. But working in the film industry, autofocus isnt such a big deal. Otherwise, Lumix cameras packs a lot of features for videos. Its more geared towards videos. The image IQ is really good. And colors are just as good if not better than Canon
I don't know why so many content providers think that what they have to say won't be heard unless they have a trick-or-treat background track competing with their voice. Bailing.
Did you like the Sony A7R5? Or does it have too many megapixels? Like a lot of folks I am on the fence about upgrading from A74. Mostly portraits. And yes Lumix sounds fascinating!
Lumix cameras will catch up in AF performance. SONY is ahead for AF but AF is not everything about a camera. I also like the haptics and ergonomics of the Lumix cameras and nearly all dials and buttons can be easily programmed to the photographers taste. The L-Mount allicance is growing and the lens-portfolio too. Sigma did release a lot of new lenses in the past months and they will continue to do so in the future. Also Panasonic has some new lenses to be expected (in their official lens-raodmap). It depends what a photographer needs. If it's always the best AF performance, then I think, SONY is still the brand to choose. I am happy with my S5 II and will stay with Panasonic.
Great to see you giving Lumix a look. I'm a big fan of Lumix cameras. I'm praying to the cameras gods for a 60p no crop full frame with the same AF capabilities as the newly launched G9II. 🤞
@FullFrameStudio My work situation has changed and I've grown to be a really passionate wildlife photographer in my down time so I'm really feeling the pull of the Canon R6II atm. I'm really hoping we get an update the S1 line (preferably at a decent price) we're an AF improvement and 60p no crop upgrade away from arguably the perfect camera 🤞🤞🤞
@FullFrameStudio I use the S5II as well. I love it, it's just not quite good enough for wildlife at the moment though. The G9II made huge advancements in that area though, so hopefully they make it to the full frame cameras. But, yes absolutely for everything else the S5II is fire!
I own a Panasonic G9, technically not the best camera, but it is a jack of all trades. And the fact, that it isn't perfect at everything makes it less clinical and more fun, sertainly mor than the Sony's I have used.
Do people not use Nikon anymore? I feel like it’s dwindled down to Sony or Canon. I’m still on the D5300 but I am looking at upgrading. Honestly budget wise I have been looking at the Sony A7R III but you’ve got me considering the IV. V is well out of my price range.
The only thing I don’t get is when someone has a camera, then harps on how a new similar camera is cheaper. Cheaper doesn’t matter after you already have the other camera. You’re basically doubling the cost, especially if you don’t have the lenses. It’s just increasing cost to “see” how you like it unless you’ve been sponsored. Personally, I think when one is sponsored by a new company, they should have to turn over their “old” gear or buy the new gear. That way, either folks will review because they really want to vs being swayed by free gear. Ie genuine interest in the product.
I’m very old school and prefer BRAND LOYALTY for my main cameras. I’ve been using Sony’s since an A200 roughly 16 years ago and have had many since. They’re superb innovators and constantly push the boundaries for ‘new tech’ in pro and prosumer model cameras.
The panasonic lumix s5iix yes shoots prores raw and blackmagic raw but externally not internally. And prores raw and blackmagic raw are not only found in cinema cameras but also in other mirrorles cameras.
Awesome video. First time here and I loved it. Recently purchased a S5IIx....so...here we are, he he. Abut the adapters...Viltro pro, better and cheaper. I would like to see about the LUT in camera workflow, specially with the All Intra´s.
Oh my god this is so reassuring. I had $16,000 lost about 4 months ago and I have been using an old a7sii and a 50mm for week this whole time and I have been dying to get the Lumix s5ii
I shoot Sony but have been looking at LUMIX when one of my friends was helping me shoot a doc, which he requested to shoot with his canon certain scenes. We matched footage perfectly with some post and opened my eyes to this brand. Looking fwd to seeing what your experience is. I do use auto focus, but I also use manual focus pull 70% of the time. I’m more curious of how low is and different lighting scenarios.
Unfortunately Panasonic has only 7 FPS for photography which is not enough for my purpose. It's shame because it's very good except 7 FPS photos issues.
Great, you check out the Panasonic gear! I'm have a Nikon Z 6II which is in kind of a similar position regarding the price and photography feature (I love it!). It lacks some video tools tho. How easy is it to switch from photo to video and can you keep your settings like the color profile or shutter speed/aperture and so on separated? Would be great if you could cover that in a video 😊

Same here
Sony just wants you to keep buying new gear 😂
I’m also a Sony user lol
Yup I own both the a7iv and the lumix s5 first edition and the
Lumix is a far superior camera with more features than the a7iv except when it comes to AF. Sony is in it for the money where Lumix is also in it for the money but they actually care about their clients, the updates speak for itself. The a7iv is my first and last Sony camera
s5 has worse AF system than s5II
I switched to the S5 years ago and I still use it with my S1R for all my paid sessions. I rarely used autofocus for video, so I wasn't concerned about that with the S5. I will say that the improved autofocus on the S5II is tempting though. Open gate is the main reason I'd be ready to upgrade.
Panasonic does seem like they're not only catching up but surpassing the "big boys".
And while the comments rage in debate on the reason for review…. This Camera is flat out Dope 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Shot a destination Wedding with a couple of bodies 😮 Sleeper Diamond Level Camera - and this is coming from a longtime Sony/Canon Shooter. Today’s Cameras all pretty much create great images, but these small cinema like Primes are clean and something to behold. The Crop factor to me is an asset more than a loss. I use it to get 2 focal lengths on one lens on Canon so I used it on those LUMIX bodies with great results.
Are you still using the Lumix? Wondering if I should switch from my sony a7iv to the s5iix
Sony is tasting its own medicine now hahaha
If this Video is sponsored, why isn't is marked as sponsored?
Great camera. Welcome to the club 😊
if the lumix had atleast 33mp i would buy it as a hybrid camera. 40 something mp would be ideal
What I would do for shutter angle in my mirrorless! I hope other camera brands are paying attention!
haha. a lot of angry sony shooters
I have the S5ii and it's amazing honestly. Just would like a 35-150 on there (Samyang plz?) and I'm sold on just using this camera. The deal on the s5ii with the 20-60 and the 50mm is amazing already honestly.
Sometimes I feel like I’m the only creator left in the world who Panasonic haven’t reached out to 🙄
Since mirrorles came out I decided to invest in lenses instead of cameras especially vintage manual ones, that way, in case i am thinking of another system I just switch and adapt the lenses since I actually enjoy manual focus.
LUMIX S5 IIX is the most underrated camera coz of Canon & Sony.
I'm on one of the Lumix Facebook user groups and they are saying the video recorded in-camera looks oversharpened and that you need to record externally to BRAW to get an image closer to the original S5 which wasn't oversharpned.
why don't they put the sharpness down. It's in the menu.
are you sure you didn't confuse the S5IIX with the S5II ? It is the S5II I have seen people complain about.
Its colour science is a leap forward. The ergonomics and menu is better too. And its automatic 180 degree tool….👍
Regardless of the camera system you create great enough content that camera loyalties shouldn't matter.
Right people just ignorant 🤦🏾
You recommend this lumix S5 iix for photography too
Always been a lumix user.

Welcome to LUMIX Lizzie, Lenses to try
1-- 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f/1.05 Lens for Leica L its Manual Focus Design but a LOW light monster fun to play around with.
2-- Venus Optics Laowa 24mm f/14 Macro Probe Lens for Leica L
the S5IIX is a fabulous all-rounder. The only thing that really bothers me is that at 4K 50fps it goes into APS-C mode and crops
I swich from sony to lumix s5iix wonderful camera
TH-camrs and these "Im switching cameras" videos are just tiring now. This makes youtubers so unrelatable...
I actually DO enjoy moving 😏 But that may be better said for locations than camera systems, as I'm still favoring Sony's color science and AF. But, if Panasonic continues making better cameras at lower prices, I'd give them a try in the future.
lol Sony color science
I went Sony to Leica SL to Canon and now back on Sony, massive waste of time and money. Sony GM primes are superb
I heard this camera suffers from very bad moire issue. Anyone has any thoughts ? or if any firmware fixed it?
How are the lens on lumix
The camera you use for your talking head shot in this videos ... please tell me
Your best decision.
Canon does have a 28-70 f2
thats the point people dont see, but when they buy their camera after 2,3 years they find out...but we all got to do our own mistakes i guess
great video. I have a S5IIX and is a great camera for photo and video.
Well....if i was Lumix,I would also choose you...😍
I think you certainly received a good sponsorship contract. I would definitely have done it too
The s5ii is the best value full frame hybrid camera period.
A Business Opportunity for them😊
7:18 nice smile 😍
I current shoot on the Canon EOS R, but the recording limit, 4k crop, hit-or-miss AF, plus no 3rd party lenses makes me tempted to move to a new platform. At the moment i am *possibly* going to trade in my gear to mpb or keh for a Lumix S5 iix. But, the Sony A7R IV definitely tempts me too. I do about a 65/35 split in favor of video for products/edc on TH-cam and IG.
Yes we do need to talk because ....
There seems to be a huge oversight in Panasonic software compared to Sony.
Quote from the Sony manual :
"To continuously adjust the focus and exposure during continuous shooting,
set as follows:
- [Focus Mode]: [Continuous AF]
- [ AEL w/ shutter]: [Off] "
This seems not possible with Panasonic.
Haters please note: I shoot both systems professionally :)
Hi, can I ask what camera you are using to film the intro it looks great. I noticed you have a few linked and I'm really interested in purchasing.
Panasonic’s Lumix line crushes it especially in the sub
HNY take care from London UK
how is the stabilization in comparison with zve1
I borrowed an S1R for a weekend just after launch it was the AF that pushed to Sony. I utilize mainly sigma glass with the conversion service I am forever keeping an eye on the S series because I agree they definitely have a mastery cost benefit and their service in Canada is pretty responsive (speaking from my experience in Ottawa).
So I will be following to see how you make out.
Now days its a lack of FPS
Sony AF Is highly over by TH-cam. Every modern camera is okay these days
I was thinking of switching for better timelapse's management 👌. please do more videos !
I used to use a GH4 and the low light when filming was HORRENDOUS!! So so noisy, even with the Sigma lens on it. Sony fixed that for me with unbeliveable low light and I will never go back. It put me of Panasonic and Lumix for life. These cameras aren't cheap!
Lizzie is the most beautiful TH-camr right now.
Wait, 10-bit 4:2:0 internal? Doesn't that make it 8-bit internal?
I've been using the original Lumix S5 for awhile now, and am perfectly happy with it aside from the autofocus. But working in the film industry, autofocus isnt such a big deal. Otherwise, Lumix cameras packs a lot of features for videos. Its more geared towards videos. The image IQ is really good. And colors are just as good if not better than Canon
Good to keep in mind if Canon does not expand their RF line up with 3rd party glass.
I switched from Panasonic Lumix to Sony and never looked back. More important than that, Sony isn’t paying me to say this.
You clearly have money. Just keep both systems. I still rock a Canon DSLR with my Sony A7iv. No big deal.
same here!!! My s5ii has 6k 30 and 25fps but still doesn't have 4k 60 or 50 without a crop :(
@FullFrameStudio My work situation has changed and I've grown to be a really passionate wildlife photographer in my down time so I'm really feeling the pull of the Canon R6II atm. I'm really hoping we get an update the S1 line (preferably at a decent price) we're an AF improvement and 60p no crop upgrade away from arguably the perfect camera 🤞🤞🤞
@ScreenFiends I've been using my s5ii as a hybrid and the performance is amazing specially at high iso
@FullFrameStudio I use the S5II as well. I love it, it's just not quite good enough for wildlife at the moment though. The G9II made huge advancements in that area though, so hopefully they make it to the full frame cameras. But, yes absolutely for everything else the S5II is fire!
@@ScreenFiends mft lenses are cheatcodes 😂 specially them Olympus zooms
What is the difference between the s5 II and s5 II x
Internal prores, All I codecs, and external raw without having to pay extra.
I’m very old school and prefer BRAND LOYALTY for my main cameras. I’ve been using Sony’s since an A200 roughly 16 years ago and have had many since. They’re superb innovators and constantly push the boundaries for ‘new tech’ in pro and prosumer model cameras.
I agree with you 100%. My first Sony camera was the a57.
I just switched from Sony APSC to the Lumix s5ii. I can't wait to see what you do with yours.
The panasonic lumix s5iix yes shoots prores raw and blackmagic raw but externally not internally. And prores raw and blackmagic raw are not only found in cinema cameras but also in other mirrorles cameras.
the s5iix actually shoots pro res 1920x1080 internally ....there is no mirrorless camera in that price point that can do that at this time ...
@@sardanapalos fujifilm xh2s can also do prores internally, gh6 also both smaller sensor but they can shoot prores internally
@@Just-Nico i was referring to full frame, and your comment seemed that you were asking ...
Could you use Tamron lenses (35-150) with this camera? I don't want to give up this lens! And thanks so so much for this review, Lizzie!!
Awesome video. First time here and I loved it. Recently purchased a S5IIx....so...here we are, he he. Abut the adapters...Viltro pro, better and cheaper. I would like to see about the LUT in camera workflow, specially with the All Intra´s.
Couldn't take my eyes off how big Panasonic's 24-70 f2.8 is
thats bedroom talk right there!
Oh my god this is so reassuring. I had $16,000 lost about 4 months ago and I have been using an old a7sii and a 50mm for week this whole time and I have been dying to get the Lumix s5ii
Your intelligent to do so. Sony's pinkish/orangy/purpleish skintone is ugly.
The song in the beginning sounds like Oh Give Thanks Unto The Lord.
Hi Lizzie. Did you have a chance to try in a very low light environment? Lets say, after sunset and very early in the morning.
Just picked up the S5iiX and a little bummed on the AF performance with the Lumix S primes … maybe the Sigma will be better
Correction, not Canon, LUMIX
Unfortunately Panasonic has only 7 FPS for photography which is not enough for my purpose. It's shame because it's very good except 7 FPS photos issues.
Great, you check out the Panasonic gear! I'm have a Nikon Z 6II which is in kind of a similar position regarding the price and photography feature (I love it!). It lacks some video tools tho. How easy is it to switch from photo to video and can you keep your settings like the color profile or shutter speed/aperture and so on separated? Would be great if you could cover that in a video 😊
Just making dinner in rural Lincolnshire UK and really enjoyed the video, many thanks Richard
Why not test the Lumix G9ii ? It has 4k 120p no crop, ProRes 60p, and smaller lenses for travel.. Not to mention better af and image stabilization..
Why the moving?
