How is your click bar with ice block and potions is set? Since it shows the global cooldown, I bet it is a VideoFX overlay, right? And then the potions a click bar? But then how do you show the count for each potion for each toon?

looks like a frost pvp spec, chance to freeze target + increased crit to frozen targets

yeah, i still think this shouldnt be allowed. but i guess aslong as blizz is making money with that they dont care.
