This Despair Syndrome version reminds me of dust sans of what he has done and the fact that they can never go back to how things used to be for him and his brother, which is kinda sad if you think about it but yes this is an amazing theme!
I completely agree! On the one hand, there is no turning back, which is sad. On the other hand, I'm glad that Sans reached the end and was able to fulfill his goal - to stop the suffering of others. The ending is happy because it is brutally truthful and correct.. But if Sans stops killing, Sans begins to return to his essence. He kept himself inside forever ;)

As someone who loves Murder!Sans with all my heart and has been writing some stories for him, gotta say this beats the og Despair Syndrome by a landslide. (ofc not saying that V1 was bad tho) really captures his character well.

You can feel that deep inside Dust has kept his humanity and kindness, despite everything he had to do. In the Original Story, he remained himself deep inside. I’d like to think that V2 is the aftermath of V1. Dust has successfully killed the Human, however as to unknown reason he’s not able to reset. Dust tries to reset multiple times but to no avail. At this point he thinks that all the effort of killing everyone was for nothing. Dust particles are flowing, time stops ticking, and everything becomes gloomy. Dust was about to end it all, until a mystery entity offered him a new purpose. This new purpose was to help other in needs that are in similar situation like his. Dust was hesitant at first since he never got his happy ending, and was to afraid what others might think of him. But he gave it a second thought, he remembers how much pain it was to lose all of his sanity, and to think that other might go to exact same path that he went through. Dust agrees with offer, and will insist anyone who are in need of help. Hopefully, he won’t faced a mirrored insanity of himself.
I HATE. i hate when people make dust evil ass bad guy! THAT IS STUPID. Murderer Sans is literally same classic Sans, but with some lv and kinda mad. THAT'S ALL. He's not evli. He killed everyone to STOP THE HUMAN. He will never join bad sanses or any of them. If canon dust appears in underverse he will help classic Sans, not the evil guys! Nice concept.

He simply sacrificed himself and his sanity... And he is rationally insane, everything is fine with him. (Almost xD) In his world there was no other way out and he accepted his fate and went into battle. But everyone considers him absolute evil and madness... Although he even retained some of his justice. I think for me this is the most powerful and heroic Sans, because I was not interested in other Aus. Thank you for listening!
Danganronpa soundtrack what the he- Jokin' , the V1 was truly good, and the remastered version is alot better. Honestly, this is one of the best Dusttale USTs I've ever heard. Great job bud. Keep it up!
This song sounds a lot like it's the final song, the final battle, and that after all the encounters, this will be the last, epic encounter in Judgment Hall, I like to think like that.
Sans was already "Mature", as of his appearance, and actions, in the Judgement hall. Those who mature can still have or be fun, he'd really only mature "physically" as you stated. Unless you mean he takes dangers, like the human, much more seriously than he had? I guess you could say he's matured "mentally" in that case.

He’s actually quite mature, since he specifically manipulates you in undertale because he understands how dangerous you really are.
I really like it. It shows some despair, melancholy, hopeless, but need to keep going on, despite every mistake.
