Ghost Towns and More | Episode 42 | Bayhorse, Idaho

If you're looking for a great place to travel to and visit, then you'll definitely want to put this one on your calendar! Bayhorse is a wonderfully well preserved ghost town and there's plenty to see and do in the area. The roads to it are great and you'll enjoy a nice self-guided tour through this one.

Thanks for posting this amazing episode. I always love all your work, photos. videos, information and history of these ghost towns. This has got to be the best area for ghost towns in Idaho. This particular ghost town, Bayhorse, is probably my favorite in the state. Again, well done, my good friend.

It's changed since I was there last back in the early 1960s. It wasn't as easy to get to as today.
We used to run around all these old towns and rifle through the junk piles for bottles and whatever else.
I found a stash of a few coins near a cabin up around there.
There really isn't that much to do up here but go goofing around the hills. Next summer I will be going way up in the hills to rescue a 45 Chevy pickup truck 🛻 that has been resting out of sight in a washed out gully. We also harvested the complete front end from a 1941 Plymouth pickup just below the Chevy.
There's a lot of old mines and old places to go visit here in Idaho.
