Black Friday Best Buy had an HP Omen prebuilt that I bought for $799. i5-13400f, 3060 12gb, 1tb SSD, 16g ddr5 RAM. It was cheaper than what I could build it for myself. I've had no complaints at all.

I have the 45L liquid cool version with their patent “Cryo Chamber” that separate the radiator from the rest of the system so it supposed to cool better. It costs about $2500 and the spec was Intel core I7 12 gen with 3080ti GPU, and even though it has bigger case it still use Micro ATX motherboard. Anyway, I was pretty happy with it, but after 6 months of light used the top radiator fans started squeaking, so I upgraded the system to 4080 and changed the fans. After that the system had fan error message at the start up that say something along the line of “your pc might not work right and broke down if the fans don’t work properly” and will shut down if you don’t hit ok. I found out from HP forum that this is a common problem even if you don’t change the fans and the system “think” your system is too dusty. I really don’t think the dust is the problem as the system is very well maintained and I kept it covered when not use. I think the problem is that the system doesn’t like any fans that are not the original set, but I cleaned the system as best as I could per HP recommendation, and still that error persist. Besides that error though the system works fine, and it had been over 1 and a half years now that I own the PC. However, at $2500 I highly believe the system should be better than this, then again it could also be that I was unlucky and have a bad lot. Anyway, that’s my experience with HP and unfortunately mine was a bad Omen
I got myself an HP Omen 45L with an i9 13900K and RTX 4090 for $3k even, which honestly wasn't a bad deal all things considered, but you can sometimes find it for as low as $2600 for the same config. Considering that you could end up spending like $2400 on just the CPU and GPU by themselves, I think it's not that bad of a deal and it was great for me because I don't really have a lot of space in my apartment at all, and I had saved the money specifically for a high end prebuilt and the Omen 45L fit the bill and is providing me an excellent experience imo.
