I'm new to using headphones on a gaming system and got the Logitech g733 lightspeed to use with PS4. They are great but it seemed like they should be able to go a lot louder than they are. Anyone else using these on a PS4 notice this or is that how gaming headsets are? I am a dj so I'm used to headphones being able to get very loud so I was surprised that the Logitech headset doesn't seem to get very loud. Thanks
yes some are louder than others like the astro a20 and the turtle beach stealth 600 are some of the louder ones i've tested
You can actually buy separate headbands in different colors if u want to switch ur blue one.

@@helpcrazy i saw them at the official site of logitech for like 9.99$ each and about 5 colors if i remember correctly. They are quite nice actually. I got the blue headset with an orange headband and it looks pretty sick ngl.

@@aukuo8971 yeah, i was just over thinking it in my head because i was scared it wouldn’t work. It works well though! And its a comfortable headset. I have had it for about 5 years now and it still works fine, iv never had an issue with it.

My friend has the Pulse ones and I tried them and they were kinda weird. Right now watching this and hearing the switch from the G733 to the Pulse, I was like 🫠🫠🫠. Thank goodness I ordered the G733.

No you get more settings on pc for most headsets because you can download their software to make more adjustments

Is this a good purely for ps5 headset? I returned my pulse 3d today because I have larger ears and they were incredibly uncomfortable. Im looking for a wireless headset around the 100-130 range and saw these at my local target.
Yeah the logitech is bigger which I like. Two others to check out is the new stealth 600 and astro a20. As long as you get the ps4 version they should work on ps5. I'll probably have to do another video because I like all 3 LOL.

My ears touch the drivers on the 3d pulse which gets annoying would I have this problem with the Logitech??
Well logitech has bigger openings for ear cushions. I tend to like that because it's more comfortable.
This review should mention that logitech do not keep your EQ settings from pc software, and you stuck with standard sound, no buy when comes to ps4 or 5, same for corsair virtuoso waste of money
@@armaanturka3606 I bought astro A 20 gen 2, for my ps5, the headset is great have 3 eq settings on, and battery last for 3-4 days of 6+ hours of play, no connection issues Astro A20 definitely my choice especially for how much little they cost compare to other headset

Is the sound good for ps5 or just casual like a 30$ headset?
I just brought a pair about a week ago and personally I think the sound is great for gameplay and TH-cam music etc... Thats comparing them to my old headset pdp lvl 50 there's just a few things I'm trying to work out with the charging like how to know when they are fully charged there doesn't seem to be a charge indicator it just flashes green 5 times and turns off but I guess I'll work it out but sound wise I'm pretty happy with it! Hope this helped oh one more quick note it feels like occasionally you need to talk louder or tap the mic to wake it up for chatting in gameplay if that makes sense? Not too big of an issue but it's something I've noticed maybe I need to turn the mic up maybe? I am using it on ps5

Does the Lightspeed have a control for the game and voice chat like the Pulse does? That’s really what I want in a wireless headset. I lost that ability when the Astors went to a USB for audio. I’m aware I can get an audio splitter but I don’t want to be stuck a 60fps

Yeah I brought a pair about a week ago at JB hi Fi and they were $299 but I saw them at Officeworks for $249 so the fellow at JB price matched them but just a day or two ago I saw Amazon had them for $149 I've never used Amazon so not sure if it was a legitimate deal? Or in American dollars I've also heard bad reviews for Amazon delivery times and not getting the right products but yeah I paid $249 at JB

No info whatsoever about surround compability. Some headsets work very poorly on PS5 because of 3D Audio.

When playing with the g733 on ps5, is it possible to turn the rgb lighting off so I could extend battery life? Or is that not possible at all?
Or is it atleast possible for me to manipulate the g733 controls on a computer and then continue with the settings on my ps5?
No. I found out the hard way. Got one since Pulse 3D is out of stock where I live. RGB is ON on PS5 regardless of PC settings. And by default it’s in a super bright mode cycling through all the different colors. Kinda annoying at night as it reflects on the TV.
@@z34jay Yeh man it is possible. Just stick a glitter tape on the RGB light strip on the Headset so that they will block the light and also make your Headset more glittering. 😜
