Dude, here i am watching this video and then I go into a dbd match right? 3 minutes into the match I hit my first ever orbital without any practice or knowledge of what im doing. I LOVE THESE VIDEOS. I HIT MY FIRST EVER ORBITAL!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Edit: it was a meg healing off of hook, i hit it, and 3 people gave up after that. 4k no prob XD
Dude I'm so happy you got to see the other POV of your shots! Truly amazing snipes and lineups by you. Also very cool to see me on someone's channel :P keep it up
@@r0glif0227ik this comment is late but i dont see any guides uploaded from this ytber so i'll do my best to provide tips. Set a keybind to look up for you so once you get the distance you can look up without any sway. The middle of the W on the Throw where is says throw hatchets represents the middle of the screen, so line up the middle of the W with the area your aiming and use the keybind to line up (may be different on different fovs im not sure). You can use crosshairs as well through various methods but thats only if you want. If you want to learn orbitals on exit gates or different distances you just have to keep trial and erroring until you start understanding the distance better and learn what feels right and this is also helped through doing orbitals a lot, you'll start to improve even without the textures of the gen. The gen textures are also fov based meaning that they render different based on your fov. On the standard fov it is recommended by a ytber named maxx to step forward twice after it renderes properly then look up at 91 to 92 fov it renders fully at the perfect distance so the moment it renders look straight up. at max fov it is a literally different and i havent fully tested but its around 6 steps back from when it renders which can be heard but can be difficult. If playing on max fov i recommend just practicing until you can start getting the distance based on what feels right (this is something i would do as i enjoy playing max fov) For the double shots as seen in the video where its an orbital then a follow through i believe that will just be learnt through practice. From observing these clips he stays in the same position but looks down and throws another hatchet. You could also create a bind to look down if you want to avoid sway however i dont think its needed as looking down a short distance isnt as difficult as looking up to the sky without swaying left or right. what i did for my follow shots would move forward slightly and look down a little and throw a shot. I dont really have a method to explain so it will just be through practice and playing where you will find what works out for you. Dont expect to get everything first try or after 1 game and keep trying. You'll get it down eventually. You can test gen orbitals on bots as they dont move (im not sure if that is true for follow ups i have not tested) Im not even sure if you or anyone else will see this as it is an older video but i hope it helps for anyone who does.
This is wild. I know about the trick to check if the gen is in render distance but how do you aim up so perfectly to the right distance with no adjustments? Just a feel thing or are you using something to help measure?
I would like to see you play on RPD, because everytime I tried to play Huntress and do Orbitals, some survivor brings RPD or Lerys like they know 😭😭and sometimes i lose cuz of it (everyone loses but still)

Dbd devs: after seeing the monstrosity the huntress is capable of, we decided to nerf the pig
that happens when you look at statistics
Imagine the shots if they coded in for the hatchets to bounce if thrown a certain distance lol

Make your advanced guide, you have the most accurate hits I've seen. I know about the texture of the generator, but I don't know how to aim
I guess I should make a tutorial video. Because, knowing how to do it is easy. But executing it takes experience.
