Console Cup Holder Build - Fab/Upholstery in our OBS F150

The more cup holders the better...
To get rid of the area that was clearly eat and then nested in by a raccoon we are fabricating a cup holder/center console in our 1995 OBS Ford F-150.
I like to use 2x4's that are glued and screwed together to make a solid "butcher block style" custom cup holders/console. This will give you plenty of extra material to angle, sand and route to make a good looking design.

Thanks for sending me over here. It is actually better because I have been wanting to have some kind of cup holder set-up in the Box Van cab that I'm updating and never even THOUGHT of building my own!! So now I get a two-fer. Arm rest AND cup holders 👍 Thanks!

Center consoles, center arm rests, aux and switch panels. Oh and look up “stacked layer subwoofer box” if you wanna see cool stuff made on giant cnc machines!

OH... and can you still use the center seat as, well, a center seat for someone to sit in?

Yuppers, not the most comfortable to have some holes under your thighs but it works!

Where did you get the actual metal cup holders?
