Hello, Currently, we are in a fix. I am already in the Philippines and we decided to get married, but the Bachelorhood certificate is not ready yet. Since we are planning for a civil wedding is the bacherlorhood certificate needed now, or can we submit the same in the later stage too? Is there any way to tackle this. If you are aware of any way to reach to the Indian embassy over mail, please help us. Thanks.
