Gear it -1+1 drop the forks 3mm for the Rd then get her mapped and make sure u put a 55 tyre on the bk then thank me later, make sure she’s decatted

@@JuniorMotorcycles just did! I ended up talking the guy down to 3k because the fork seals were leaking, getting them replaced tomorrow and she'll be good as new

Hey Bro just found this. I got a 2007 same color orange and black with 39k miles. I remember the first time i rode it LOL was exactly like that.. I was screaming this is STUPID LOL. It was a huge jump from my 06 R6 that i thought was fast. And yeah mine gets hot in the seat when going slow in traffic works great to keep your nuts warm during the winter.

@@JuniorMotorcycles Just saw your other video about you trading a R3 for it. I also traded straight up my R6 for my GXSR.. Guy said it was to much bike for him. I was also suspicious but it worked out. I've had mine about 2 years now. Good luck out there keep the shiny side up.

I know exactly what you mean about can't wait till it's power is "normal". Lol. And it doesn't take that long to get used to it. Espically since you have been riding for so long. I've ridden a couple 1K's, but never owned one. BUT!!! I've been in all my local dealers and shopping the interweb. I'm thinking about the CBR 1Krr. But owning 2 yamahas right now, I also LOVE the r1. I kinda feel like I'm cheating on yamaha even thinking about the cbr. 😅

I have ridden an rc30 and owned a gsxr1000. Power wise no contest, but the silky smoothness and pure quality of the rc30 wins for me. I still think it looks better than most modern bikes too.

K7 has awful brakes tbh. I own the same bike.
Yes they do that's why I upgraded to brembo and the stock rotors are complete trash and eats break pads like crazy
