Wow bro !! Thanks for the shout out ! I’m glad you tried the rig , it’s a deadly rig , once you dial everything down it will catch monster halibut out deep , I always put my hoochie 15” back from the dodger and I go 2.5 to 3 knots , great job you killed it on your first time using it
Hey Chris love your videos, I fish the bay as well in my campion cuddy cabin. What app do you use to know when it's gonna be a calm day. I love the glass water fishing. Keep up the good fishing
I went out last weekend. Got limits of lingcod & 1 shy of limiting on halibut’s. I also caught a salmon. It’s was nice to see but I had to release the salmon. I bet you’re were excited to see it! 😂
Hey Chris P. I’m in the market for a new boat and have quite a few questions on different configurations. Thought it might be a good idea and view worthy to include a brief description of the boats that you fish out of and maybe a few things that the owners like/dislike about their layout. Great content brotha, tight lines!
Will you now try this hoochie technique in trollable waters inside the bay? Maybe compare with trolling anchovies or herring? That one costly net job merits a “no comment.”😎
Yooo awesome haul.. wanna get a great dodger?? Dodger works great and an old man showed me when he first taught me how to fish. I gotta have 2 or 3 in my tackle box they work so great and hard to find. works for trout, salmon, and hali... luhr jensen stamped chrome. No stickers, it gives better detail.
Dont worry I let Kevin know his net was too small!! That was for trout. Its one of the rubber ones, intended for the smaller ones but its a little small for borderline ones.

@@ChrisPfish2 we gotta fish it together!
@@fv_hightide would love too!
@@ChrisPfish2 let me know if you ever come down to the central coast , we get slabs !! 40” ers and bigger
those speeds are too hot for herring dodger 2.5kt + will make it spin, not the intended action.
Awesome video!!! Wowww Chris you and kevin have some awesome boats.
Nice job as always, Chris! Keep it up!
ditto, thanks for sharing Chris,
Another GR8 day on the water bud! Nice catch!!!

I caught 3 last week. Pb 36.5 was the largest.
Hey Chris nice job! How deep of water were you fishing
between 45-65ft thanks for watching
Sweet vid brother
How big was your dodger? We usually fish size 0 and double 0 dodgers with hoochies and squid or herring behind the hoochie. Wonderful video thanks.
like 5.5 & 8" Thanks for watching
Nice🎣🐟 How fast were you trolling?
2-3mph
nice work
Major spot burn 😂

Yeah dude, mind your business, he's talking to his most faithful! 😂
Curious as to how you and Kevin know each other. I grew up playing baseball with his son in the central valley
Delete footage haha jk great job buddy you guys killed it
lol thanks ahmed
Took you a few hours to Go to Monterey, Good job though
yeah its a little of a drive. Much easier when you arent towing a boat though
It's a salmon. Turn the camera off!. Just kidding. Nice halibut you got there. 36" Yes!
lol
Tiny net

You are incorrect. If you snag a halibut, rockfish, or lingcod in saltwater (bay, or ocean) you can keep it. Not sure of striper
And fish on man! Bada** video!!
great to know, I always thought you couldnt keep a fish that was snagged, even on accident. Guess there are some exceptions. Thanks for watching
@@ChrisPfish2 I don’t care if the fish jumps in my boat I’m keeping it ! Lol
