  • Hilarious dingo eating baby joke goes here.
I had a lot of fun building this and I think it's going to look really good when painted.
This was a very good kit. The parts were all nice and neat and went together without issue. And I had a lot of fun building it!
I did a giveaway for one of these on stream, I guess it's too late to win that one... but there will be more in future! Not of this kit (or maybe... ) but there will be more kits to give away in future!
Let me know what you think in the description!

I just ordered this for my Western Desert Force, looking forward to building it, though it's probably a little large I preferred to get this 1/48 plastic kit over any of the resin stuff (my vehicles are all 1/56). Hopefully it'll look good with the hatches closed and I'll swap the shovel for something more in scale with 1/56 :)

nice kit build. i think the front piece you were asking about is just a metal bumper/fender. Cheers Stu

Great kit! How does it sale with 28mm 1/56 vehicles? The Dingo is such a cool car

It's been 45 years since they used the virtical orientation of the box.

Might you paint it as David Willey's Dingo, recently highlighted on the Tank Museum's channel?

That was a pretty good video. I was thinking I'd paint it like on the box, the camo pattern with the black looks interesting to me.

That would actually be amazing. It would be interesting to do anyway independent of the dingo. I wonder what they would think of it.

Shame it would look too big against my Bolt Action minis, they are 1:56 I think.

As I said on the stream my grandad worked with Daimler dingos, I’m going to see my grandparents tomorrow so I will ask if I could some of his pictures. If he can find any I will post them on the discord

Here a recent, related video. My suggestions for videos are way better than You Tube's. th-cam.com/video/nm67CBXBK2c/w-d-xo.html
I think the "thing" is called a sand channel. Maybe they counted on there always being two Dingos in order to share their sand channels if they were needed. Dingos do run in packs, don't they? I mean, a single Dingo probably couldn't eat a whole baby all by itself, right?

I am Australian. The [Dingo] "ate my baby" tag is utterly revolting. Shame on you, nerds.

Sure! Stop the stream a few minutes in, then prime the figures and then... sit around? Good idea. I definitely should have done that!
