When I started a couple months back I used those brisnet free if you bet pps until I found equibases $2:50 pps. In my opinion equibase is better cuz they have an opinion based on prime power who will win which is mostly not correct but they have comments of their last race. For example they put in a few words what place to place they went in the race and where they finished. Plus workouts and 10 of their last races if the horse had raced 10 times. Plus key stats at the bottom of every race. For example if the horse was the fastest last race it will tell you or if a horse has the best late speed etc. If anyone sees this post and wants to check it out dont accidentally buy and download harness pps lol but it's pretty easy.
