@@SidChawla TF's Gray Vetiver is awesome. Have you tried Roja or Creed Vetiver? Nishane Sultan Vetiver is my favorite, but is so strong it would prob not fit the old $ list. To my nose, Roja's Burlington 1819 is classic old $. I happen to like PdM's Habdan as a more mature and rich $ scent. Enjoy!
Great review of some classic scents. At almost 63 years old i have had many favourites over the years. But since my mid 30's i have always stuck with 2 fragrances from Czech & Speake. FRANKINCENSE & MYRRH edp, my favourite and No 88 my backup. amazing long lasting fragrances, and i still get asked what they are after all these years.
Grey Vetiver deserves the 1st place, by no means it is below than current the dreamer formulation. Same happends to individuel, I don't thinks it smells "old money". If you really want an "old money" perfume you would include a Clive Christian or Frederic Malle one, what happend with those is that some of those doesn't worth the money. As well you're missing Terre D'Hermes either EDP or EDT.
Tere D'Hermes would've been a great pick, I agree with that one. And each to their own my guy! I wanted to do old money that is still modern enough to rock in 2023
House of Creed has soo many amazing scents, but Green Irish Tweed is one of my favorites. And honestly, cardamom, vetiver and amber are definitely old money vibes.
Holy Cow! The vid just randomly popped up and ... I just happened to be wearing Versace the Dreamer! Mind blown! 🤯😃 Thank you for this very cool vid, bro! 👍
@@grandpupil38 People (people our age) just don't know about it for some reason, even though it's been around since the 60s. This confusion people make it is super annoying, but hey, good for us because we smell different 😊
@@SidChawla I bought four of the FRAgrenCes you talked about. I’ll let you know how it goes, I’m interested the smell the last one I’ve never heard of it before. Take it easy brother.
If we include niche fragrance Number 1 should be Sartorial by Penhalighons, an amazing fragrance !!! , Acqua Di Parma Colonia Essenza should also make the list (a little similarity to green Irish Tweed and more wearable than. the Creed)
@@SidChawla simple versatile fragrances for 75% of situations. Lots of people over think it. Simple, clean and unique. Date and occasion frags different line up.
In my opinion the best old money scent is MFK Gentle Fluidity Silver! It’s a modern Creed Aventus but it’s like Aventus had a baby with Green Irish Tweed
Well I have creed Royal oud and green Irish tweed . My others I have is silver mountain water by creed and last one is aventus by creed . My next one I want is angel share I think I pronounced it right by killian . This I hear is a badass cologne .
Dior Eau Sauvage Chanel Platinum Egoiste Hermes Terre D' Hermes Hermes Bel Ami L'Instant De Guerlain Tom Ford for Men Extreme Pasha De Cartier Parfum Acqua Di Parma Sandalo Dunhill Icon Versace Oud Noir Polo Crest/Modern Reserve
Where are Chanel Egoiste, Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, Polo Green, Floris no.89, Dior Eau Sauvage, Azzaro Pour Homme, Daniel Hechter Caractere, Aramis ? Do more research please before posting on youtube....
Excellent list boss! And this is my personal list, the beauty of fragrance is there is no 2 lists that will be the same. Doesn't mean one is better than the other.

This is the first video I've seen from you. You definitely deserve more subscribers. Great content. keep it up! 😊👍🏼
Thank you boss! 👊🏼
Nice vid. I'm more niche than designer, but I understand and appreciate the 'old money' angle here. Thanks.
Got you, yeah niche is the ultimate game. Appreciate the comment, let me know if you have a favorite niche fragrance I should try

Have to check those out, thanks for the recommendation and sharing!

Also missing some Parfums De Marley
In terms of Old money designer I agree Tere d'Hermès should definitely be there , and also Cartier Declaration.
Bro, I applaud you for making The Dreamer #1. That is an amazing scent that is backup bottle worthy.
Appreciate you!
House of Creed has soo many amazing scents, but Green Irish Tweed is one of my favorites. And honestly, cardamom, vetiver and amber are definitely old money vibes.
Can't go wrong with the classics!

Awesome fragrance taste! It's meant to be haha funny how the world works sometimes
Perfect category 😎
Thank you my guy, appreciate your comment! 👊🏼
Bro is that a decant bottle of oud wood and if yes then can you please tell us where you got it from. Btw huge love for your content. Keep growing ❤
Not a decant bottle, a travel sized bottle I picked up! Thanks for the support boss 👊🏼
Great video man earned a sub. Also I think you forgot Dior’s EAU Sauvage. Easily the closest thing to old money
Elixer is really good, I just feel it's a bit too modern of a DNA
@@SidChawlaIm talking about the Eau Sauvage released in 1966

Great choices, I'm a huge fan of ADP
My daily line up is GIT, grey vetiver parfum, and TF Oud wood
Man of taste, all are great scents excellent choices

Tom Ford Grey Vetiver Parfum and Creed Royal Oud.. all you need.. but Creed Original Vetiver, MFK Grand Soir, Tom Ford London easy top 5
I agree great choices, especially MFK Grand forgot about that one what a freaking scent

You got EXCELLENT taste my friend, need to get my nose on more MFK
Gentle Fluidity silver is amazing 👍 I bought the 35ml and now I want to buy the 70 ml in addition to it !

You got some great scents already! From house of Kilian, I would say Black Phantom is the best and most powerful (also with old money vibes).
You should have included Eau Sauvage 2017
I don't want to get into specific batches, want what I recommend to be easily accessible for 99% of people watching.
@@SidChawla You could have included any Dior Eau Sauvage 1966, 2012 & 2017....It should have been there...Absolutely masterpiece
Maybe not old-money but is jean paul gaultiere le male elixir good?
It's very good, beast mode performance
One of the best fragrances there is
Well, that was entertaining.... 😆😆😆😆
It's what I'm here for my guy!
Thanks for watching! Let me know in the comments: What is YOUR favorite "old money" fragrance? 👇🏼

Excellent list, Egoiste is one I would add to my list if I redid this video, totally forgot about that one.
