Yes, there's a scaling option, after you copy a clipboard you should find a "scale" box somewhere around the top right corner. Similar to where you find the "unlock rotation" option.

I used version 3.0.0 for this video: modrinth.com/mod/axiom/version/sJP1pto6 But I think most of the options should be available in the most recent version - Which ones are you missing?
The only thing that was holding me back to fully moving to axiom was the arceon revolve tool, now I think I'm moving from traditional plugins lol
There is already revolve tool added in Axiom. But if you want revolve tool similar to Arceon, use Rotate Copies in Axiom

How to use optifine and axiom at the same time
Axiom works only with the fabric mod loader, so you will need to install optifabric alongside optifine and fabric

If you're gonna install Fabric, just use Sodium, Indium and Iris instead. Way better than Optifine.
