I know Stan Kirch is looking down from heaven with that big smile of his ❤❤❤R.I.P. Richie Ryan❤❤❤
Oh wow, I just learned about this from your comment. That's so terrible 🫂🫂🫂🫂
@@CiceroSapiens Yes! Sadly he committed suicide in 2020. Being a long Highlander fan i was and still am devastated by this. So, so sad!
@@commanderwilliamtriker7449 I know we're not family or cast members, but both me and my partner are big fans and have both had close family members die in this exact fashion, and it's devestating to us all. He will always be an immortal, and may his soul find peace in its journey, in the next realm or the next life.
@@commanderwilliamtriker7449 Same here...I wonder what made him do it. That series is timeless....
@Spike0000 the post Adrian made on Facebook after it'd happened said he knew he had struggled with neck pain & had a surgery that failed, suggesting maybe he couldn't live with the pain anymore...
She's still very beautiful.
That scene, when Duncan was mourning Tessa and was leaving their loft, that hurt. It was also my first time hearing Dust in the Wind. Lovely to see you guys together again!
I had health challenges in the 90’s and I was obsessed with the Highlander series. I finally bought the box set and truly believe this whole thing helped me heal. There could be only One. Loved it. ❤ Thank you for it. It was a whole time for me. A whole era. -much love.
I'm still obsessed with the Highlander series. Had the entire series VHS box sets, now I have them on DVD and hope they release them on blu ray. It was a great era when they were being aired. Glad you are doing well now.
Much love to you too! ❤
@@thrashpuppy2010 Same, it's a true classic to me. There are only a few good tv shows I can go back and watch over and over again and never lose that sense of excitement and Highlander is one of them, along with La Femme Nikita and a few others. I think it highlights that if you have a good storyline, interesting characters with depth and good character development where the actors and actresses have that on-screen chemistry together, you can make magic. To me Highlander will forever be a timeless classic.
It was lightning captured in a bottle. They couldn't have cast Duncan, Joe and Methos any better.@@Romulan2469
That's awesome!!! I can relate to this. My brother and i became Highlander fans and personally got me through a dark time. For me these characters made an impact in my life, they're lives, they're love, tragedies all played such a big part in my life particularly Richie! Stan played such an amazing character and his smile, his humor and tragically his death was the most tragic. Duncan's personality and character influenced the way that i thought and how i acted. He was always so humble and graceful but yet very down to earth. A lot of times i find myself saying, what would Duncan do in a certain situation? It's incredible how these actors have impacted my life by creating such a wonderful world and help and inspire us in our own lives. ❤
So nice to hear Alexandra's (or is it Tessa's) great laugh again.
It was great to see Alexandra indeed 'pop-in' at the end of the tour. Thanks Adrian and Alexandra!
What a beautiful and awesome surprise! I love you both! Tessa should absolutely live forever. Alexandra looks absolutely gorgeous! 💗💗
Paul still got it to play the immortal again..
So great to see Adrian and Alexandra reunited again! They have always had such great chemistry together on-screen that transcends from the tv show to real life. I never wanted her character to die off, I felt that Duncan, Tessa and Richie were a fantastic trio, their chemistry together was off the charts. I'm going to have to watch Highlander all over again start to finish!
@@thevarietyshow7777 You have to be joking right?
@@Romulan2469 You are correct, my friend. Many of us are close to their same ages and, still appreciate the series and, the actors for what they were at the time. Which was ..........marvelous.
I miss the 90s.
Another spin off idea would be Tess bumping into her doppelganger (Lisa Halle), with some combat experience inherited from time with Duncan, which inspires him to open the dojo👀🎬
Biggest smile I had all day. Coincidentally, I've been rewatching Season 1 episodes for the last week.
Those eyes and voice of her gets me every time. Damn the nostalgia is really pushing those goosebumps.
Connor MacLeod : As long as I can remember knowing you, you've had all the fun and most of the good women.
Best wishes to you both.
It's a pity that time can't be stopped((I'm sure many were in love with Tessa)❤️
Ha! Nice! Yesterday I was listening to “dust in the wind” and “who wants to live for ever” with my kids. I was explaining that “dust in the wind” was the “sad song” from the show when Tess died, and “Who wants to live forever” was the sad song from the movie when Connor’s wife died.
Loved Tessa and Duncan together
Always had authentic chemistry, very rare
omg my little highlander heart lit up as soon as i read that Alexandra Vandernoot was in this little bit. both look amazing after all this time. i would love to see them in a project again :).
as a fan of the series i was always a huge fan of Tessa. it was sad to see her killed and richie coming back without her to Duncan. i always wanted more of Tessa as all the other love interests just were not the same. Anna didn't replace Tessa for me one bit (nothing against the actress she did a great job) and i loved Amanda but more of the tease type of way they always used to hint at.
I loved her character
I actually really love this script "idea"!
This show needs to be revised! Adrian Paul has always been a crush of mine, and I'm a Lesbian! Idk what it is about him, but yeah. TMI, I know lol
i believe al women, lesbian or hetero crushed on Duncan. I sure do. Then and still now as i watch The Highlander for the umpteenth time just to look at him. My eyes adore him.
You two should do a film together, set somewhere in the 18th century. Both mortals of course, doing a storyline in all things mortal.
Ok so ur both actually real immortals, i taught Highlander was a TV show not a documentary 😄, you both do not age, my fav childhood tv show, you are both awesome . Thankyou
Just makes me so happy to see you both together, was a wonderful love story
It'd be a great storyline for a made for TV Highlander movie. Tessa didn't die, and 30 years later, they hook up again, reminisce and after a quickening or two for Duncan, they live happily ever after.
It’s so good to see you together. Your characters and the show are one of the best piece of my childhood.
I could see something along those lines.. If Duncan keeps to ''The Source' movie and loses his Immortality, and finds Vanessa again; then yes I believe that would be a future movie that the two of you can or should perform. 🤠
Wow, the immortal couple forevermore.
Great chemistry onset and off after so many years. GOD bless you both, and thank you for the memories.
I totally agree! Their chemistry is off the charts! Duncan and Tessa forever!
Omg I love seeing you both together again.. you both look wonderful.
Very nice to see you both! Highlander was truly an amazing and unique series. I hope we get to see you back on screen at some point Adrian!
I hope to see Adrian on screen again in a new Highlander remake with Tessa brought back again. Seeing them reunited again makes this such a special moment in time, just like when we saw Adrian and Elizabeth Gracen together. Someone has to make a Highlander reboot with Adrian in the lead role.
What a cracking idea...In the final 2 episodes it was really moving for Duncan...[in some sort of "Alternate Reality/Out-Of-Body Experience" to briefly meet-up with Tessa one final time for the closure of an emotional rollercoaster of Season: 6....
That was some nice Highlander multiverse storyline, by Alexandra.😆
I would like to give a huge thank you to Adrian Paul for his role as the Highlander. I saw the movie with Christopher Lambert for the first time when I was a kid and I was very impressed. The fights, the plot, the philosophy, the music (Queen - unparalleled!) - all of it captured my heart. Later, the TV series came out and it was awesome. When I was a kid, we made wooden swords out of tree branches, put holes in sauce lids, made sword-guards out of them and fought on them, imagining we were the heroes of the story. I remember how much I was inspired by these things, stories of true friendship, love, honor and justice (I remember literally crying when Connor asked Duncan to cut off his head to defeat Kell) There was some real emotional depth in them that is almost non-existent in modern movies (which is why the prospect of a remake with Henry Cavill, Chad Stahelski scares me a bit, but I hope for these guys and believe in the best). I hope Adrian and Christopher somehow get involved in a sequel to Highlander, that would be awesome. I even made a music video/short film based on "Highlander" a few days ago (it's on my channel, I'd love it if anyone likes it), as I wanted to pay homage to the story that inspired me as a kid, to be at least a small part of that universe, even if only as a fan reference. Thanks to Adrian Paul for a character that in every sense has passed through time for me and will never get old.♥⚔
So nice to see you guys together, and glad you keep in touch! Alexandra still has the same way of pronouncing the name "Duncan". Brought me back to the early Highlander days!
WOW this made my evening Highlander series was a huge part of of college era

You guys just made my day...

It's so lovely to see you after all these years. If you're ever in Northern Ireland, please come visit Ojika NI Kendo club. We practice Kendo Iaido and Jodo here. Or we could come to you if you're running one of your events here.
It would be a great honour to cross swords with The Highlander and possibly get a chat. I'm so pleased to have happened across this channel to find you keeping up with your swordsmanship. Truly you were a very important source of inspiration in my youth along with as I mentioned earlier via my other channel Christopher and Sean.
Wow! Tessa and Duncan together again! God bless both of you!

You two are amazing! Thank you for doing this.
This is so lovely! XOXO to the both of you, cheers!
Beautiful surprise ! Highlander has many fans in Chile :) Mrs. Alexandra Vandernoot and Adrian Paul should have some type of cameo or participation in future productions of the franchise. Greetings from the last place in the world!
Never has been a better duo than you guys
I was just watching yall in episode 4 the innocent man My second go around on utube.❤
You guys look amazing 🤩…may god continue to bless you both 🍻

Aaawwwlll ❤️ great to see you two. ❤.
Ah the old “if we’re still around in 30 years” storyline. Love it
I'm so freaking glad I found this channel ! Its the best series of all time. Im rewatching the entire seris for the third time in my life.
Nobody could top Tessa!
cool to see you guys - glad it was a fake out
I wept like a baby during the episode where Tessa dies. My big brother had died very unexpectedly just a few weeks before, and I had managed to compartmentalize my grief in order to make final arrangements and get his affairs in order. When it was revealed that Tessa was gone and Dust In The Wind started playing, it opened the floodgates, and I was able to grieve for my brother. I'll always associate MacLeod's sadness over the loss of Tessa with grieving for my big brother. Good movies and television can do that for us.
lol this is awesome... love you guys.
Good to see the both of you side by side again, and Alexandra is still beautiful as ever.
It's good that she died. It was the point in the show that told the audience, "No one is safe!"
Besides, she ate up the screen! We all loved her.
Aww, what a nice video! I gotta say though now, strictly from a character/professional point of view I really can't blame Alexandra for leaving HL when she did back then. Her character was kind of stuck. She was going to always be the worrying woman waiting at home, Duncan bait for the next immortal-of-the-week, or a casualty of his immortal lifestyle anyway. It made sense. Nice to seem them again though!
She was such a base character, only dominating one season out of six. Crazily, even Adrian Paul's character was revelant in only 5 seasons.
Ahhhh, now that's a reunion!!!
Cheers to both of you from your biggest fan in Atlanta! You both still look beautiful to me, and I would give little bits and bobs of my body to see a new Highlander Series with the two of you starring in it! Well, maybe not bits and bobs, but you get the meaning! This was a real treat to see you both together again! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
Sean
tessaaaaaa
She is still so beautiful.
What a classy lady.
Love seeing them both together.
Maybe they can do something in the future.
Thanks for sharing.
Oh this is gold :)
great idea🙂
Ah she's so lovely. Happy memories.
