One of my favorite combos ever was: Forgive Me Please + Interstellar Desk Plant + N'kuhana's Opinion. Absolutely absurd heals on command that also deal damage.

You essentially spawn an "enemy corpse" that is triggering on hit/on mob death effects. I guess % chance of lunar coin is coded as a potential death effect for free

lunar coin drop chance decreases the more lunar coins drop in a single run, so if you wanna do that maybe reset the run after a few drop :)
