ak vad DRC ka Nirnit hota h exparty . jisme exparty karaivali DRC ke Doran 2000 ki cost per khariz ki jati h . kintu 2000ki cost jama nhi hoti or Phir se exparty ho jati h or vad nirnit ho jata h .
Israi dayr kar di jati h . Israi me nirnit rini upstith hota h . or phir se order 9 rule 13 dayar karta h . Isi doran applicant ki mritu ho jati h jiski suchna mratak ka vakil Israi me deta h
kintu 100din bad mratak ke representative application 9rule13 me order 22 rule 3 or 9 cpc dayar karte h . kya order 22 rule 3 or 9 cpc maintable h ya nani . Nahi to koi Rulings ho to batai pz.
