मैं और मेरा वकील,दोनों सिविल कोर्ट में मौजूद थे defend evidence के बयान ढाई साल से पेंडिंग थे और कोर्ट ने बयान देने के लिए अंतिम अवसर दिया था लेकिन प्रतिवादी कोर्ट में नहीं आया और आश्चर्य जनक रूप से कोर्ट ने मुझे ex-party कर दिया,हालांकि मेरे वकील के application देने पर कोर्ट ने,नये सिरे से नोटिस जारी कर दिया,लेकिन मेरे लिए तो वापस नोटिस तामील कराने का कार्य बढ़ गया

But in my case judge openly voilated the same order/directions of supreme court. Judge accepted incomplete affidavit along with photocopy which are not related with affidavit. Haldwani 6:37
