  • TEASER - FULL LAJITAS GETAWAY VIDEO COMING SOON
Melissa and I were on our way back from a great weekend getaway in Lajitas, Texas. There we met a fellow Cirrus pilot that started this incredibly unique glamping (in cave) experience. You really have to see it for yourself: www.summitbigbend.com/ As we were departing at the same time, great opportunity for a little formation fun! I think
I nailed the "breakaway," but I don't think Melissa was too impressed...
History of the Cirrus SR Series
The Cirrus SR series is a single-engine four / five seat composite aircraft built from 1999 -
Present by Cirrus Aircraft. The initial launch of the Cirrus SR20 a few years prior, gave way to the more powerful 310 horsepower iteration, the SR22 (and ultimately the SR22T).
The SR22 series has been the world's best-selling GA airplane every year since 2003. With over 9,000 units delivered worldwide, Cirrus is the best-selling aircraft of the 21st century! The Cirrus SR22 is equipped with a whole-plane emergency recovery parachute system: the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), largely contributing to its market success (and in my case, spousal approval).
Thank you so much for watching my video. Please like, share, and reach out to me if you have any comments or suggestions. Also, I'm a full time aircraft broker in the Cirrus, PA46, and TBM space. I'd love to help you in your aviation adventures. - Jesse

I love how you tapped on the side stick weighing out whether it was worth getting chewed out…..then sent it. My man!

Haha, passengers are so used to flying coordinated and standard rate turns that it is shocking to do what pilots do so often during training. When I flew with my father many years ago and flew a steep turn he was just like "ok". He flew a lot with the airlines and some smaller aircraft but never had flight training. He isn't easily scared.
When I tried the same thing back then with my wife she grabbed me, fearing she would be falling off the aircraft ^^ Now that she is flying steep turns herself I didn't check again but I assume it does not impress her any more ;-)

Yep, anything more than a traffic pattern can still startle my wife. I’ll tell you, the element of surprise and G’s can really get your attention - like when a buddy unexpectedly whipped me knife edge in a Glass Air… not the case here! You can even see me giving a slow 2 degree anticipation…
Thanks for checking out my video!
