Thank you for makeing me discover this set. I really like it and I followed your video for the assembly procedure. Unfortunately, I can't for the life of me transform it in vehicle mode: the treads connectors have the half tread end up in a position that makes tranformation impossible - at least for me
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you liked the video. For the transformation, check if all the connectors are fully snapped in and nothing's blocking the treads. Try rotating the treads before transforming. If you're still stuck, send a pic and I'll help!
I would have like a commentary on how the parts affect transformation and more thoughts on how it makes a difference to the original in both modes. Maybe some comparison footage too.
Great idea! I love the suggestion! In my next videos, I'll dive into how those upgrade parts transform the entire experience-literally! I'll share my thoughts on the differences they make in both modes and throw in some exciting comparison footage. Stay tuned for more fun and insights!
Hey dude, thanks for the heads up! I watched that video, and wow, the custom dye job on the Trasher figure to create Rung is mind-blowing! It's a must-see for any customizer. Appreciate the recommendation-definitely gave me some ideas!
The upgrade kit looks awesome!!! I was kind of hoping to see how the shoulders would transform with the upgrade as they're the only ones that are really different. Question: did you use a combination of both the upgrade kits that you put the links in the description, or just one?
I got you covered! The shoulder transformation with the upgrade is shown at the end of the video review. Check it out there for the full breakdown! Too bad all of it is 3D printed and painted. HasTak should've incorporated this to begin with. Those few tweaks gave us a wildly different figure. Especially that chest is such an upgrade! Good job considering the limitations.
It sounds like you're really impressed with the upgrades! It's amazing what a few tweaks can do to transform a figure. Innovation often comes with its challenges, but upgrades really nailed Bludgeon's IDW look.
Bludgeon does look awesome with all the upgrades. I get what you mean about the cost, though. It can be tough to justify spending that much on upgrades alone.
Yeah, it's impressive how the fan community can elevate the figures even further with upgrade kits. It's like adding a personal touch to make them exactly how fans want them.
Looks really cool. My only thing is that I’m not big on 3D printed parts because resin parts typically look better. They look fantastic in this case though.
That's understandable. The quality of resin parts can often give a more polished appearance. It's great to hear that despite your preference, the 3D printed parts in this video review still impressed you this time around!
Yes, I've thought about it! Weathering and detailing can really enhance the look of figures, adding depth and realism. Have you tried it before? Any tips or techniques you'd recommend?
In the final segment of the video, I transformed Bludgeon into tank mode to give fellow collectors a clear look at how the shoulder pieces pose no issues during transformation.
@@Nutahal_Cetavanipersonally I could'nt figure out how to transform the upgraded shoulders into treads. Unfortunatelly, the video isn't very clear: too fast and too edited, but most of all, the reviewer's fingers block your vision. Still glad to own this set for the robot mode.
Thanks for the honest feedback! I appreciate your input and will work on improving the clarity in future videos. For the shoulder-to-tread transformation, make sure to follow the sequence carefully and double-check that the joints are aligned properly. I’ll try to post a clearer follow-up video soon. Glad you're enjoying the robot mode though!
@@Nutahal_Cetavani thank you so much, that would be great. I'm pretty sure I carefully followed your video when assembling the kit in robot mode, but then, in the trasformation portion, the bit where you line up the 2 segments of the treads has been edite out. I've taken off all the components and put them back on in a different arrangement so many time that the notches now have quite a bit of wear, but still I coulnd't fino a way to rotate the semi-tread in order to have it lined up with the other half. I'm probably super dumb, but a follow-up would also be of help to other dumbos like me... lol
Absolutely! Once I get those upgrades for Tarn, I'll definitely do a video to show how they make him look more comic-accurate and beefier. Stay tuned, it's going to be epic!
I hear you! The original Bludgeon is spot-on, but he could definitely use more bulk to match his comic and game appearances. Fingers crossed for a beefier version in the future!

this was a complete middle finger to bludgeon fans. he is so not fan favorite, that he did not deserve his own mold. I am still thinking in getting that jiang something bludgeon tripplechanger from age of extinction Drift mold. At leats IT REALLY IS A SAMURAI,ì should not have to waste more money in upgrade kits, to have a figure as i would like it to be. Either done as it should, or pass.
I totally understand your frustration. It's disappointing when a character you like doesn't get the proper treatment they deserve. The Jiang Bludgeon triple-changer definitely captures the samurai aesthetic much better. It shouldn't be necessary to rely on upgrade kits to get a satisfactory figure. Hopefully, future releases will pay more attention to what fans really want.
This kit looks rad, but I adore the choice to have Yoshimitsu's theme
Absolutely! The upgrade kit is amazing, and pairing it with Yoshimitsu's theme from Tekken is such a cool choice. It really adds to the vibe!
Wow, this upgrade kit is freaking awesome!
That's fantastic to hear!
Thank you! I was waiting someone to review this kit.
You're welcome! I'm glad I could help fill that gap with the review.
Aye! Yoshimitsu’s theme!
Yoshimitsu always has such a cool vibe in Tekken. That theme really sets the tone!

Oh hey dude. Just a bit of custom info. A guy used dye to custom color a trasher figure to make a rung. A must see for a customer like you!

I like the shoulders how the were originally
Totally! The new shoulder upgrade looks great, but there's something special about the original design too.

alright tekken 3 sound track !!!!
Haha, good catch! I love mixing things up with soundtracks, and the Tekken 3 vibe felt like a fun fit for Bludgeon’s badassery. Glad you noticed!
I think more around the waist would’ve made it more “Samurai” for me. Like IDW Cyclonus.
