    Where is Martyn? I don't mean to be rude to the other guys there but I was assuming he would be in this the moment I saw the title of the video. I miss Martyn now.

    When I was a kid I had severe asthma but loved riding my bike. I used to put my inhaler in my sock. What the hell was I [not] thinking?

    The bike rack one is bit funny as if anyone tries with me they still get stuck cycle to place

    The dropper just get sram axs dropper, also if mountain bike like this channel for unless wireless gears, as brake cables how can you do bar spins
    Limiter on brake makes sense, think of abs but without the need of abs as in lock brakes on at point just before full lock on so brake faster than with abs

    If there were bird sized dragon flies, or mosquitoes, I’d carry a torch not a fly swatter. Not what you Brits call a flash light, I’m talking the literal fire kind of torch.

    #askgmbntech Why do y’all have the brake levers on the wrong side? It is logical to have the rear brake lever on the right side as most of the population is right handed and thus the right hand is stronger. If the front brake is the right side lever…OTB!

    • @Cous1nJack
      @Cous1nJack 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We drive on the correct so side turn right across traffic. Can signal right and still rear brake. Facts.

    • @jonm7272
      @jonm7272 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Why do you Americans have the brakes the wrong way round. Most people are right handed so the brake that needs the most control (the front) needs to be on the side that you have the most control of (the right). Also, see pretty much every motorcycle ever made.

      I hope GMBN can take this up. Would like to know if the arrangement was always this way, and where lever actuated brakes were originated.

      As a newer MTB rider stateside I wonder how this effects riding progression. I'll cover my rear brake for basically an entire downhill, not sure If I could do that with my left, but on the other hand having all of the fingers on my dominant hand available might improve my maneuvering.
      Also, hey maybe it's terrible form to be covering the rear constantly?

    • @JD15722
      @JD15722 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No…that’s paramount safety…you’re doing it right…keep one finger on the rear brake. It makes for an instinctual failsafe that you won’t even have to think about when something bad happens…like when you get into wheelies and manuals, and just riding in general.
