@@jamesdonnelly3588 it’s more of a simplified simulator than a game. Games usually have defined objectives instead of giving you the freedom to do what you want. While it is okay for you to fly the plane the way you want (as long as you don’t get violations or harass other players), many people find it more entertaining to fly as realistically as possible, and that’s fine too.
APU is useful when your flying since if your engines fail (which will probably never happen if u don’t make it happen) and the APU being on helps with the controls cause no power means no controls so it’s useful for the APU to be on

If it does then you’re probably using too much thrust. I usually take off at MTOW using no more than 94% N1 at sea level and if I was bellow MLOW I’d be using less than 85% N1 and I’d quickly reduce the throttle once I am above 1000 feet.
Kind of why they should rework the C17. It borrows the engines from the 757, and then modifies them to go extreme! Not only can she really climb like a rocket, but she can stop in a dime too!

Amazing! But there’s only one problem. I have noticed a small landing gear tilt issue when the gear touches down it kind of goes into the ground. Other than that this is an amazing update!

This is my most used airliner…if you see a 757 in old school American Airlines livery, there’s a possibility that it’s me. It’s kind of a perfect airliner for this sim, imo. Everything is nicely modeled, the livery I use is reflective and STUNNING, and those RB211s are some of the most iconic jet engines of all time…plus, they all this thing to take off like a rocket, especially at the weights I typically fly for ~1hr flights. I especially like the detail that you have to have apu start engaged in order to get that beautiful, slow roll RB211 startup happening.

Nice and well done, I just have a tiny request, can you add the airbus callouts for the airbus aircraft? No pressure, only if you can because I know you have a lot on your plate, airbus callouts are just a little thing to think about.

They do. It was close between the A330 and A220 so I am assuming 21.2 or .3.

100% agreed, I did my first test flight using all I learned from other aircraft and pretty much guesstimated all the settings and still did a perfect touch and go followed by a textbook landing. Super easy to handle and I can't stay out of it!

Tutorial would be great!
Make sure you have flaps 1° at least by 10nm from touchdown - after that it would be considered an unstable approach.
You'll need flaps 5° before capturing the glideslope. Otherwise, you won't have enough drag to be able to 'slow down and go down'.
Flap 15° should be selected when you put the gear down. Therefore, 4nm in VMC, 5nm in IMC (or other scenario where you want to be configured earlier).
Make sure flaps 30°/40° are extended by 1000ft agl in IMC, or 500ft agl in VMC.
Hope that helps until we have a tutorial.
Can you make tutorials for those of us using tablets?? A lot of the things explained in this video referenced equipment that some tablet users like myself do not have.

Infinite flight simulator is an amazing game because I've seen people play this game on TH-cam before and I never get the chance to play the actual game because I don't have nothing to buy it from play store so could maybe make a sale for it for 2 days that would be great pls
It’s so hard to takeoff with the 757 it always aggressively turns to the right and I can’t control it and starts going up or down the only way I say to control it is Turing all winds and turbulence off but even the lightest wind I guess makes it so hard to takeoff
Can you make your multiplayer prices either cheaper or on sale at certain times eg Christmas or New Year’s Eve

an you say sonething about light crosswind landings? I think the rudder and the gear is reacting extremely sensible vompared to other aircrafts like 737 or A320. Even the touchdown with the maingeat feels diffrent with the 757 (seems to be some sort of auto stabilizing)

Hey, for the Airbus A330 update, is the rework going to include the -200 and -200F of just the -300? And will it have reworked engine sounds?
Just the 300 at the moment and I think it will have real engines sounds as that’s the future of IF

You forgot the other engine pack on the 757 the rolls Royce
the thrust levers should be different, there are differences between Boeing and Airbus. interactive cockpits would clear this up. but this will take years I have a feeling.

Why would you turn off the seatbelt sign when not at cruising altitude
Most operators turn it off passing 10,000ft. I like my virtual passengers to be able to roam freely! You're welcome to keep them strapped in until cruise. -TJ

@@jersey.spotter no, if turbulence was expected, then the seat belt sign would not be turned off. If it was unexpected, it would be turned on immediately. All operators use different SOPs.
