baking soda and vinegar mix ...it works everywhere in my home but haven't tried that on a 02 .....hmmm dish guy tempting me . Well just use throttle body cleaner will do
He needs to know the difference between a lemon.and a lime so I really don't think I try what he says since he don't know the difference between lime and a lemon
Will the acid have any affect on the platinum inside of the sensor? Also are you having problems with you o2 sensors, this is the third time you have tried cleaning them.
I think the lime kind of stained the outside material. It looks more of a brown than a grey color. I wouldn't recommend doing this since the acid of the lime will not 100% clean out the carbon residue. Better off doing it the safe/proper way and using carbon cleaner. Try cleaning them every 15k miles so that will last longer.
Risultato 🔝
I've seen people use lime juice, lemon juice, vinegar, Mass Air Flow cleaner, throttle body cleaner, brake cleaner, carb/choke spray, gasoline, lucas oil fuel treatment, seafoam, and others. Which is the best?
I soaked both sensors in Lucas Oil fuel treatment for 6 hours then brushed the holes with a tooth brush. I let it soak a little while longer then sprayed it with carb/choke cleaner. Honestly, not much black came out. I reinstalled the sensors and I miiight notice slightly better gas mileage.
Just soak them in seafoam for a few hours then blast some carb cleaner in the holes...let them sit for a couple hours....no need to spend 12 hours cleaning them son😅
100 percent he says it like this because Lime is called a Limon or Lemon in most of the world. In Spanish Lime and Lemon have the same name, the same in Arabic, Chinese, and most countries where they are grown except the USA. But your comment was hilarious.
No this guy is it idiot you’re a people out there don’t be scared to voice your opinion tell him how it is what you think don’t be a wimp that’s what’s wrong with America now they’re scared to voice their opinion
@@mr.inspired4696 First of all don't touch the Sencer , just used a little coke becouse it's kind of corrosive than rinsed it off with a little water and dryed with some caned air .
Youd be better off drinking the "lemon" juice than this nonsense... And for the lambdas use e.g. ProTecOxicat /probably even cheaper/ - anyway thanks for the vid, good job. :)

I thought of the same thing but not sure if that solution would damage the sensor.
It worked, and after I finished I made a caipirinha with the used lime juice, delicious!! 😊
No no no. You should have made a Poncha. The Madeira best kept secret. Just ask Cristiano Ronaldo 😂😂😂
It's pointless cleaning the outside. The sensor is under the cover.

3x concentrated pine-sole or full strength simple green works best you can add peroxide for extra power .
Did u use it and did it shut the codes off?
I cleaned with dishwasher soap & hot water & work in less of 5 minutes

Those are limes pal -- NOT LEMMONS -- IT'S THE ACID THAT MATTERS ! just use vinegar ! lol
I know. 'Lemons' just sounds better. XD.
Low pH HCL better and quicker ?
white vinegar will flush them within 5 minutes
Where do you get green lemons I've only seen yellow you must be using lime
how about peroxide and baking soda in shaker bottle
Just soak them in seafoam for a few hours then blast some carb cleaner in the holes...let them sit for a couple hours....no need to spend 12 hours cleaning them son😅
I wonder if dipping them in cola for several hours will work also.
Probably sensor will get diabetes
Am trying this and video it, my next video

Dump the lemon juice in your gas tank it’ll break the carbon down what this idiot thanks
What off your wash with cleaner
So basically a citric acid soak
Can you really trust somebody who doesn't know what a lemon is?
Definitely will be better to make lemonade with the lemons, and go to AutoZone and buy new oxygen sensors. Just saying
