1st time mixing Mr. Color 1500 black surfacer and airbrushing a car.

Today I mixed some primer for the first time. Primed the John Wick Chevelle. It turned out pretty good. #modelcars #airbrush #firsttime. I picked up a few bottles of Tamiya Paint at The Hobby Shop today as well. Enjoy. See you next time.

Primer turned out nice, I just got on of those paint mixers, love it.. That's on my to get list is a trigger airbrush.. Looking good..

Nice work! Having the Mr hobby pro con boy ps290 in .5mm with fan cap and just got a swallowtail barbatos rex version both trigger style airbrushes they are awesome on model cars and planes the tip is more fragile on the ps290... The swallowtail has a drop in self centering tip which is easier on the eyes and if you have ham hands so I would get that over the ps290 but both do the job very well and can lay clear dead flat and smooth as glass.... Having a fan cap for me is a must-have.... Keep up the great work and model on.

I’ve got my eye on the BarbatosRex brush, and the fan cap upgrade. It’ll be a few till I can get it though.
