First cut with new THC and 45amp tip on JDsGarage DIY table

First cut using the THC after some testing. This is the feet for pallet buster
5/16" thick. Arcfony set 42amps, 69psi, feed 600mm/min, cutting height 1.7mm, 3mm plunge height and 0.8 sec delay
I'm still tinkering with the THC program and initial voltage setting.
The cutting tip that came with Arcfony is only good for light guage. I ordered
45amp tips on ebay:
