Jadis/Anne knowing about the seeds in the museum was a bit of a callback to 6x14 TWICE AS FAR, Dr. Denise's last episode. This is where she tells Daryl and Rosita that there's an apothecary in a nearby town that may have medical supplies. As Abe would say to Eugene later in this episode... If you don't have people driving on roads and people cleaning and taking care of them they are gonna break and overgrow. Especially how much time has passed by on the walking dead over the seasons.
