    The technique you use to increase speed with dynamics is the push&pull, isnt it?

      Hi Dani!
      It's definitely in the same technique family as push/pull, but where push/pull is predominantly an elbow stroke and a wrist stroke playing constant notes, this doubles technique is more a quick pair of notes with the fingers opening for the first and snapping closed for the accent.
