ALWAYS 2 ft when tired 0:31 5 form shot swishes in a row 5 spots (shoot same way everytime, attention to detail) 1:58 10 makes no rim backboard shots at the block each side 2:48 10 midrange, switch side each shot(if you’re hot keep going) 3:48 10 one dribble pull ups each side (right: left right - shot/ left: right left - shot) 4:51 10 tween float counters each side(same as pull-up but hesi into floater, both hands) 5:26 10 self pass midrange each side (line up hip, elbow, arm to rim) 6:43 15 sec quick whips (outside of foot, inside of foot) 7:23 15 sec in and out tween (shift body weight with the move) 7:42 15 sec stunt tween retreat 8:06 10 self pass three each side 9:03 6 each hand full court speed hesi to layup 11:05 10 each side pick and roll elbow jumpers 12:05 10 each side pick and roll creative finishes 12:29 10 each side pick and roll three behind screen
This was a great workout and I love that you can see the sweat you're putting in. Really practicing what you preach and putting in your work while making the tutorial.
12:10 only thing I would recommend is that you need to make sure you either fake a pass, or have a pickup variation to get past the imaginary help defense. The amount of times people get easy ball steals from the lack of protection against help defense is criminal
This is a great video definitely going to add to my workout. One thing I noticed is in games I struggle off the dribble. Like i tend to just be clueless with the ball and end up passing to a teammate. Is there a workout I should be doing to get a more in game experience while training alone?
tbh the best "training" for your situation would be just playing pickup as much as you can. and not just against friends, go to other parks and gyms and challenge them
You dont go full speed in a game all the time. You have to learn how to change speeds and pace. I can tell you have never played in high level basketball games.
Kids are so lucky these days because videos like these exist. Great video/tutorial!
Thanks so much!

how do i learn left hand floaters?
tbh you just gotta work on it day in and day out
@@BehindTheHypeAthletics it feels really weird to throw it with a left hand
Jus practice eventually you'll get it
Im really struggling to shoot like a lot
so if I do this for 2 months or for a week I will improve ??
It depends on your level of skillset right now
How can i get handles I'm a beginner
look up beginner basketball dribbling drills on TH-cam and just follow along and once that gets easy advance to harder drills
Dribble the ball
The speed should be the same as in the game it's too slow, not working....

@@BehindTheHypeAthletics 🤣
Then do it faster bro 😂 where’s your problem ??
Ain't no cones in a game my man
Fckn ha-larious he's committing a travel on most of his dribble left pull ups.
