Ive tried most of the "elite" drills and honestly nothing works for me bette than just playing on the court. I know it's bad but i dont know how to fix it
Watching this right now as a 14 year old, ive never played basketball for a school or a team but im a freshmen this year and Im going to tryout. Around 2 months back I started taking basketball more serious because I knew if I wanted to make the team I would have to catch up with everyone else whos been playing thier whole life. Tryouts are in a month and Im really trying to improve as much as I can playing 3v3 5v5 1v1 2v2 as much as I can and watching game footage and more. Hopefully I can make that team.
I feel what you said abt the video games is true bc bronny was playing rainbow six siege instead of practicing every hour of the day until you cant anymore I think thats why he's not having the greatest career rn and also this guide is amazing
