Nasi kerabu is my favorite dish in the whole world. If I must have a last dish, nasi kerabu it would be. Living away from Malaysia, I would prepare the dish myself once in a while, that is IF by luck I could find the ingredients. The dish is originally from the state of Kelantan actually.

High five to savory breakfast!!!!! So much great food ! Love fish swimming in a red sauce! That colored rice blew me away! Pickled garlic, fermented anchovy sauce and those fish crackers; I am so in love with that country’s food!!!! I waited with great anticipation to hear what those drinks were; lol! Thanks guys! And, hurry up with that teleportation device...I wanna go to that place, with you, for your fifth time!!!

One of the reason why East Coast Of Malaysia have a large heavy breakfast like this is because those days, Malay people in that region are fisherman and farmers. They wake up early in the morning and take a heavy breakfast before going out for heavy work for whole day. They need all the nutrients to keep them energetic to do the work.
