1:23. That guy parallel parked better by accident than most people can on purpose.
right? task failed successfully
1:20 Now thats how you parallel park!
My thought exactly. He slid right in there perfectly!
Right? I immediately thought of Ace Ventura, "Like a GLOVE!"
At least he only hit the semi and not the other vehicles. It was almost a perfect squeeze there. It looked pretty cool to me.
And I wish next car generation should have the wheels be able to turn 90° for parallel parking
Man thinking the same thing…great minds think a like!
I see we all agree the white truck slide was awesome. 😅
That road look like a absolute skating rink. I'm surprised it wasn't a bigger pileup.
That road was so slippery the big trucks could not maintain the slope of the banked curve, and they both slid down to the inside.
Literally just "welp, guess I'm slidin"
The parking job was excellent, slid right in there neat as a button.
And no one can really be named 'at fault' because once in the situation there was pretty much no way out - and no way to judge the situation UNTIL they're in it.
He better have given an Ace Ventura "Like a glove.." after that..
1:18 quite the interesting method of parallel parking
@ 1:21, That is the best parallel parking I've ever seen.
6:53 You sure his self-esteem was hurt, not yours? Looks like they made the turn correctly into the closest lane and then signaled to move over into the other lane, which is the way you're supposed to do that, while you swung your turn wide into the outside lane then quickly sped up when they signaled their intent to change lanes and honked at them for little reason. They should have just waited for you to pass, but your reaction and description are overly dramatic. Also, that wasn't a brake check (or a "break check"), a brake check is sudden, harsh braking, they seemed to just be slowing down.
He's a pick up driver, always everybody elses's fault.
Either way, Trudeau voters are the worst.
@@emmanuelbois4459Especially that it seems to be a large, modern pickup.
The last one, even the lamp post thought he was an idiot and smacked him! 😂
@1:20- note that the cammer goes over to the snow on the left-side to improve his/her traction. Deep snow is always preferable to black ice.
2:06 That pickup driver had to be texting. From the start of the clip until impact, the bridge crew vehicle was in clear view for 13 seconds. Hope the cammer gave the video to the cops.
It made national news, video is out there for the police also
I'm so tired of seeing accidents like this. They had all the time they could need and didn't react until they were within just feet. This kind of stuff needs to have tougher penalties. Nothing seems to teach people not to text and drive.
The one time a cammer honking their horn would have possibly made a difference.
@@JasonTeachsux, especially for workers who probably had no idea what was about to happen 😡😡😡... no time to brace yourself...
7:15 Nobody can explain the logic behind it. Just like we can't explain why somebody would be so offended by having to yield to somebody, that he would floor it around the corner into the wrong lane, climb up the guy's anus, honk his horn and upload a video that shows he can't spell "brake". Getting the finger seems pretty logical to me.
Or why so many people seem to be mortally offended by getting honked at.
@@larschmitt Don't ask me, I've never been honked at.
I find it suspicious that the cammer didn't show the footage prior to his "yielding". That footage likely holds the key to this mystery.
cammers arent the smartest people
It's not that they can't spell 'brake check'. It's just they're too lazy to proofread what their phone displays when they use voice recognition.
1:36 aside from the love tap to the 18 wheeler, that was a pretty nice parking job
😂😂😂 right... slid right into that spot nicely. Who needs parking assist lol
6:44 signals are a request to change lanes and the cars in that lane have the right of way. Based on the video, the maroon driver was tailgating the truck so there wasn’t enough space for you to change anyways. Then you fail to turn appropriately (into the left lane instead of the appropriate right lane) and start tailgating. Seems you need some driving lessons instead of complaining about others.
Seems you need some driving lessons, or you would know that you make right turns into the right lane, which the cammer didn't do.
@@SoloPilot6... thats what Dave said, seems *you* need some reading and comprehensive lessons.
@@DARKdr3dnaut07 You're absolutely right. I misread what he was saying.
6:44 Sorry Cammer you were wrong on both accounts. First they have the ROW in their lane, and are not required to allow you to merge, you actually do need to yield. Second when you made the right turn you went immediately to the inside lane, when you are supposed to go to the outside lane just like the Honda did, who actually did properly stay in the outside lane, and then properly signaled to go to the inside lane, but you raged and tried to gun it and overtake, making it seem like they cut you off, but they didn't.
Sorry, but you’re confused. Cammer wasn’t acting like they had a right and even said it wasn’t a big deal that the white car didn’t let them merge. And you’re confusing inside and outside. Also, the car did cut the cammer off. Look how quick it jumped over to just to go slower. Come on man, in the time it took you to write your paragraph, you couldn’t figure that out?
@@H3gamer360 You're mistaken. Inside lane? I think you mean the car took the first lane from the right (he did that correctly) The inside lane refers to the lane closest to the median. The outside lanes are furthest from the median. The camera should have turned just like the car ahead as it's illegal to swing wide in many states. As for the car, he didn't cut them off (that would require the truck slowing down to avoid hitting them, when in reality he was speeding up as soon as they signaled). As for the brake check, he didn't bother showing that to the full extent. So we don't really know if it was a brake check or the fact he was approaching an intersection. It is possible he was beginning to slow for a reason. I did not see the car lurch as if he slammed on his brakes.
1:45 Thank you, random pedestrian, for your service. And I’m genuinely surprised the driver corrected themself, considering how many drivers I’ve seen-in videos and in person (we have many one way streets here)-insist everyone trying to flag/redirect them is wrong.
1:18 Most impressive parallel parking job I have seen on a highway
Oh, the irony at 7:30 when the warning sign that he ignored wallops him smartly on the roof, after he lost his fight with the tram...!
There’s a reason you’re supposed to drive slow in bad weather - #1 proves it. If you wanna go fast, ya gotta go slow. 😀
Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. 🔫
4:13 “I ain’t taking the exit…I’m taking OUT the exit!” 🤪
1:35, finally, someone who realizes there’s better traction on the snow than glare ice. I don’t know how many vids I’ve seen on U-Toob of people in cars and on foot sliding all over the place when there’s an easy layer of snow to move to 3 feet away that won’t be nearly as slippery as the sheer ice surface.
7:11 "Here comes the BREAK check" Was it a Lunch Break?
Hold on. Let me check.
At 1:31: That was the best parallel parking job I have ever seen!
Ikr!!!😂😂😂
First clip was extremely satisfying.
Matthew really shows what good following distance can do for you, we're all focused on the truck's antics but if Matthew had to try stopping on that declined radius he would be in the pile too.
I found myself in a similar situation years ago. I was driving in a mixed rain - freezing rain storm and all of a sudden about 10 cars in front of me started sliding all over the road. I just took my foot off the gas and I was sliding too. Even worse I was slowly gaining on the car in front of me and when I checked my mirror the car behind me was gaining on me. Just before I was going to hit the car in front of me I realized that the concrete median beside me had ended and it was now grass with a coating of crusty snow. I gently edged into the median as the car that had been behind me slid past and hit the car in front of me.
1:20: "Why yes, I'll just apply the brake even harder to the floor! That should do the trick!"
Said almost every driver under the sun who doesn't know how to properly drive in bad winter weather.😐😐😐
That road looked like water on top of ice. The only safe way to drive in that weather is to leave your car in the garage and tell your boss you're not coming in.
1:13 "LLLLLLike a glove."
Had the exact same thought! 😂
2:10 Funny story I heard about the Pontchartrain Causeway. Two women went north to Mandeville, on the return, they switched driving duties. The owner of the early 1980s Oldsmobile Toronado, now the passenger, was DEAD SILENT the entire trip south. These cars had a real soft suspension and gave you that floating feeling. As they got off the bridge, the driver said to the owner, "Wow, that didn't seem like 24 miles." The owner replied, "JOANNE!! YOU WERE GOING 120 mph!!" Joanne exclaimed, "Why didn't you say something?!", owner replied, "Joanne, I was too scared to say something!"
Joanne told me that story....
2:07 if only that one utility truck had some kind of attention grabbing equipment like reflective, high visibility tape and flashing overhead lights that could have been prevented. 😮
5:52 What a mess! Two vehicles traveling side by side; both ending up running the red light, with the Jeep to the right of the cammer t-boning another driver who ... had also ran their own red light!
5:05 There was onboard camera footage of this same rollover in Episode 1062.
The dump truck was in the second lane from the right. The car approached at high speed from behind in the far left lane and squeezed between two vehicles, but lost control and spun out, hitting the left front steer tire of the dump truck. The combination of body roll from a swerve and sudden reduction in left side ride height when the steer tire deflated resulted in instability of the high center of gravity truck.
Right, it had nothing to do with a "blind spot". If a truck driver can't understand how to look for vehicles on the right he shouldn't drive.
@@Lemmon714_
Who even mentioned a blind spot? And you're not suggesting the truck driver was in any way to blame here were you?
The dump truck was in the *third* lane from the right (the second lane from the *left* ). The car approached from the far *right* lane, the same lane as the camera vehicle. It got very close to the rear of the camera vehicle as it squeezed in front of a car in the lane between the two trucks.
The car lost control and hit the *right* front wheel of the truck.
I think you may have switched left and right because you misinterpreted the video in 1062, with its flipped "rear-vision" image.
@@paulkennedy8701 You are absolutely correct. Good catch! The passive steer lift axle turned to the left during the skid. The rear-view image on the dump truck shows the passive steer lift axle turning to the right, but that image is reversed to look like a mirror image.
Indeed, I thought the camera in Episode 1062 was on the driver's side, and I feel like an idiot for not realizing it was a reverse image from the other side, especially after how much thought I put into it.
Batteries are usually under the cab on the left, and the SCR system is under the cab on the right. The reversed image made it look like the SCR was on the driver’s side, and that didn’t make any sense. Why would they place the DPF that far away from the turbo? The turbo is on the right side of the engine, and the DPF needs to be as close as possible to the turbo to maximize the DPF inlet temperature. I’m thinking at the time the batteries are between the frame rails, and something extra has been installed in the space where the DPF and SCR would usually be, and what could that possibly be?
But that camera image is reversed, and we are seeing a SCR that is the traditional location on the passenger side.
And the view from the other cammer also shows the SCR on the passenger side.
Thanks for setting me straight.
I’ve seen two videos that makes me go how and why… how do you not see a vehicle on a straight road with no Blindspot? How do you pull out in front of a vehicle on a straightaway with no blind spot? How do you run in the back of a vehicle on a straightaway with no Blindspot?….
Probably looking at their phone instead of the surrounding areas
Well, you assume there's no blindspot, but you're looking from outside... Inside their brain, there are BIG blindspots. If they hadn't, they would be smart. Because the first blindspot they have is that they are entitled to believe that they are error proof...
Phones create 360° blind spots.
I dunno, twice this week I've had people try to merge into my SUV because they just didn't fkn look before trying to go. I didn't speed up or slow down, hardly anyone else on the road and they just can't seem to manage it.
And on an unrelated note, just tonight on my commute home, I'm going the speed limit in the farthest right lane because the weather was bad and some guy high beams me. I had been in this lane cruising for some time so I haven't the foggiest idea what I did to deserve it other than not speeding when it's pouring rain at night.
@@skullladymalady "Some people just like to see the world burn". Honestly, I can't understand the behavior of idiots. I don't think we're meant to. I think they were meant to die off a lot sooner and not live to procreate. But now we have seatbelts, lane departure warnings, collision avoidance, ABS... Oh, yeah, i forgot. They can turn some safeties off... That's why... FOUND IT! I FOUND OUT WHY! Oh, no... never mind. They're still idiots.
@7:20 Gotta love how they literally got hit on the head with the TRAIN SIGN that they ignored just moments before...the irony is strong here :)
1:24 that is the best parallel parking I've ever seen lol
2:15 that black truck only had half a mile or more to stop! How could they possibly be expected to react in that time? That stopped, massive vehicle, with all the flashing warning lights running should have given the truck far more space.
by taking the bus? 😁
I'm surprised the Bridge Authority didn't have any warnings out prior, cones, or those crash trucks. Especially since they have a cone laying/retrieval machine that can lay cones the entire 24 miles of the Pontchartrain Causeway
@1:30 that was the coolest drift to parallel park I’ve ever seen lol
6:45 The Honda was in the correct lane approaching an upcoming right turn, the cammer was not. They should have been single-file sooner.
The Honda executes a perfect right turn to the near lane. The cammer did not.
The Honda immediately signals and moves to the left lane to pass. The cammer misinterprets this as being cut off.
The cammer gestured the cammer was Number One, when the cammer was really just a pile of Number 2.
1:20 😂 that guy would be great at curling 🥌
1:00 Excellent curling skills.
1:25......LIKE A GLOVE!!😂
7:17 That wasn't a "break" check, and you tooted your horn for no reason at him, no wonder he said you are #1
It’s spelled “brake.” “Break” is what you do at lunch, if you actually work for a living.
1:28 "black ice?" Why does everybody think all ice is black ice? If you can see your GD reflection on it, that's not black ice, that's just...."ice."
that's because they don't know what they're talking about. Just like people who think all wheel drive traction control will save them from Black Ice or slick roads. Nah. it won't. It can help people in tough spots but in the end, traction control can't save idiots.
7:21 D.A. driver: I bet that train will swerve first.🤣 It never ceases to amaze me at the level of stupid that is possessed by people with whom I share the road. No doubt, they are a "No Child Left Behind" "graduate."🤦♂
I love the way the flashing sign he should have paid attention to actually fell onto his car. Perhaps now he'll see it...
@@LordNeiman Something tells me that with driving that bad, they won't. If they can't see a car, truck, semi, or a TRAIN, they won't look at signs and don't need to be on the road ever again. Too bad this can't be implemented by a majority vote. They are a danger to everyone.
@@LordNeiman LOL, like a "You dummy" slap on the head.
@3:45 anonymous, that wasn't a T-bone, that looked more like a wish bone or a V-bone.
6:13 - Matthew Murafa - You make it sound like the Jeep was at fault - it's more the car hit the Jeep or crossed into the path of the Jeep that hit it.
It's more like the jeep and the cammer both ran a red light and the cammer was lucky the car moved enough.
"Jeep hits car" really doesn't assign fault either way, it's just a description of the action
@@lylejohnston4125 They didn't run a red light though, and the only reason either of them was in the intersection when the light turned was that they had to slow down for the car. It's possible they could have been going too fast for conditions, but driving in the ice and snow you know you need to give everyone around you a wider berth than normal and I can't imagine either getting a ticket for it. Lastly, the car did in no way have the right of way.
@@Strykenine They were driving too fast for conditions, didn't slow when the yellow light came on, and ran through the red. Watch the video. The only way to change history is to be a republican so you can lie about it.
Blue car ran the STALE red light. 100% at fault.
0:38 -- Cammer seems to think that brakes are only a suggestion. 6:00 -- Cammer runs red light.
These road rage incidents are out of control. It's like some drivers leave their manners and sense at home.
1:29 this guy is a GOOD driver!! Didnt keep on the brakes and drifted perfectly into a parallel park causing very little damage!
0:51 With a multi vehicle accident just around the bend, good to see the pickup off on the left shoulder positioned downwind to provide approaching traffic an early warning. I wonder if the truck had been positioned 100yds further down, a few flares lit roadside at both ends, would have made the difference. Anyway, I believe the driver of the pickup did a hell of a job... could have easily added to the chaos.
5:36 that clean gen1 viper though!
7:08: No such thing as a "break check," and that doesn't look like a _brake_ check, either.
Conservatives always have to paint themselves the victim. It's quite disgusting! Even if it's nothing they always have to make it a big deal! 🤦🏼♀️
@mvpfocus It could be a coffee break check, or a lunch break check.
A break check is how you pay for lunch.
2:34 "Dang, that was lucky! Doggone near lost two $400.00 weed plants!"
"Here comes the break check"
I love it when the first wreck is a luxury car.
@3:00 I thought Krawnjob was going to point out the Honda directly in front of him with NO LICENSE PLATE...
2:33 I was watching the TLC truck tailgating. 😆
1:34 much respect!

0:51 Lay off the damn brakes and steer. 2:07 They have the distraction thing mastered.
1:10 pickups controller unplugged xD 2000 ms ping
I'm still fascinated that so many don't know the diff between break and brake.
But you can how stupid some drive, so...
2:08 Wow. How can drivers not see that the tail end of an automobile is getting closer and closer and has flashing lights? How long do people look away while driving? Crazy.
0:23 Karma is best served cold and wet.
1:23 [Speaks in Ace Ventura] "Llllllllllllllllike a glove!"
2:17 the very reason why phone users in cages are more dangerous then a speeding biker.
1:46 see what it means to be a good driver, the cammer realizes that someone has made a mistake and collaborates by leaving space for the person to solve the problem
@4:45 i'm not saying that's Brampton Ontario, but, bad driver, Ontario plates, yeah its definitely Brampton
You mean Bramladesh.
1:20 that's awesome
Waiting for the brake check still at 7:19 lol...
Between work vans & pickups yall are some of the worst drivers fr
1:20 that poor truck probably couldn’t have done anything, he was sliding at like 10 MPH which kinda means there wasn’t any shot of staying straight unless he put wheels on the snow like the dashcammer. Poor guy. 😅
Ugh. I wish people knew when to use "past" vs "passed", and "break" vs "brake".
1:38 those triangles should be 200 meters down the road.
1:20 LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE A GLOVE!
0:30 Dick perfectly positioned himself for the impact... hit your damn horn earlier, brake or accelerate if you really care to avoid the collision.
I'm willing to bet cammer had preexisting body damage on the driver's side in need of repair.
Exactly. If we saw the vehicle pull out, so could the cammer. This could have been avoided.
2:25 Dark grey/black pickup driver who ran into bridge workers' truck, had to have been on the phone! He never braked!
6:47 - 7:15 Clips like this make me wonder what happened *before* the clip started
0:10 nice view of the sky, fix your rear dashcam!!!
2:10 I can't tell if they going to or from Metarie. If too Metarie, then it's possible the driver "zoned out" as that bridge is 24 miles long and perfectly straight. It's very easy to zone out. Further, why didn't the Causeway Authority have any warning signs or those crash trucks well behind the work truck? I'm not blaming them, but more could have been done to mitigate this collision.
5:05 just how fast was that dump truck going?
@6:44 - Send the video to London Police. Brake checking is an offence under O Reg 455/07, the definitions of racing and stunting under HTA 172. Bye bye car and license 😉
2:43 no, it FiGuRaTiVeLy didn't hit you
Break / Brake .. you figure it out
RE: Clip #1 -- That was the 91 freeway WESTbound, not eastbound. I'm VERY familiar with it. I could tell by the order of the exits coming up on the signage.
The dump truck was hit by the car. The truck wasn't changing lanes.
If you drive a truck and don't know how to check your right hand side for traffic, park it and find another profession. You are going to get passed on the right a lot. What will you do when you come down a left hand entrance ramp, make a rh turn and reverse?? You just gonna hope for the best?
5:25 Obviously, the shit in the little car should be jailed. But why the f was a loaded dump truck driving in the left lane FOR NO APPARENT REASON!?!
2nd left lane
The dump truck was driving in the left lane because he couldn't hold it in the second lane from the right once his left steer tire blew out after the car hit it. Watch it all unfold in Episode 1062.
@4:05 Oh good, Kansas City, MO's finest drivers represented....
Brent Spitale: I wonder what went through the mind of the driver of the black truck on the Causeway bridge 🤔
One again, the cop completely missed the gray Honda (3:00) w/ no plates.
I doubt he has compound eyes.
0:05 - A jerk in a merc gets what's coming.
0:30 - Yes, the d0lt in the SUV was wrong, but so was the cam driver who SAW it and didn't brake. "Having right of way" doesn't stop bad drivers crashing into you.
1:45 - The surprise is the one with the camera having the brains NOT to pull up to the bumper.
2:07 - Another incel in an emotional compensation machine. I'll bet he claims "brake test!"
3:19 - Stop tailgating if you don't like close calls.
3:33 - ~~~I~~~ could see those moving lights on first viewing. What's the problem with the cam driver that he wasn't looking for them, anticipating someone doing that?
5:04 - If that dump truck driver SAW THE CAR WEAVING for several kilometres, then why wasn't he smart enough to slow down and put distance between himself and the car?
5:55 - If the emotional infants in the truck and jeep weren't squabbling over space like children and instead drove only as fast as the weath permitted, that wouldn't happen.
6:50 - The emotional infant with the camera road rages and tailgates, then whines about braking. (I am pleasantly surprised at the number of comments telling the infant in the truck that he's wrong.)
7:20 - And here I thought it would be about the turning SUV. WHY do so many mouthbreathers "think" trains should stop for cars?
2 clips from my city. thats unusual
1:06 if the semi hadnt parked there, the pickup would have slide gently into the ditch :)
Indy, you are lucky.
5:45 getupandgo I'm glad your eyes are better than mine. I can barely make out that small font. Will have to pause and squint, I guess. Better yet. I was able expand the screen. All is well.
2:47, looks like cammer dodged a Toyota-shaped bullet there...
That bullet was on the receiving end of a break check, it seems. Still, he did dodge the bullet.
Semi truck was a Magnet for White trucks, both Fords?
0:37, cammer was late on brakes, late on horn. Agree SUV was wrong, but cammer needs to learn that a $1500 insurance claim, and the hassle that goes with it, isn't worth the proving "I was right"...
