In this video, we share some crucial tips on the necessary inspection of your new home before moving in. It is important that you inspect your new home properly since most new homes in Malaysia are covered by a two-year warranty. Hence, there are some initial inspections needed to be done and if faulty, a report should me made to the developer. Some of the crucial inspection is on the earthing system, electrical system, water ponding test on the bathrooms, tiles inspections, windows and doors fit and finish inspection, plumbing inspection, paint works inspection, water tank inspection, roofing inspection and etc.
