#62 Can you reduce the heat released from a microwave oven when it is operated?

In this video, we demonstrated an effective and a cheap method to reduce the heat released by a 32L microwave oven which is 10 years old when it is being operated. Overall, we revealed that the surface temperature of a microwave oven at rated power of 1400W can be lowered by more than 20% when several mica ceramic plates of thickness 0.45mm are used. The technique is simple but needs to be performed by a skillful technician as the interior of the microwave’s oven are subjected to dangerous electrical circuits which may cause short circuit or other related accidents if mishandled.
