This is amazing!!! I love when music hits me and moves my body without my putting any thought into it. Just connecting to my Slavic roots after 33 years of life in England. I don't even know where my Polish granddad came from...all I know is that his farm was taken and he lost his family and dog in the war and the area then became part of Ukraine. He was such a lovely kind family man, eating his sauerkraut and Polish sausages. He didn't speak of his life in Poland because he was traumatised by what happened, but he was the best granddad ever with the most bushy dark eyebrows anyone ever saw.

It is our language, Romania probably adopted the word from us.
