Anyone else think this is gonna be Cecil Hotel: Extreme Version? What would happen if people start freaking out and seeing things when the hotel opens and no one tells the guests the history of the place? I love how great and educational this whole channel is, all the people involved, and all the amazing locations. Elton's my favorite history teacher by far!

It was filmed in September and we are currently in February almost March. People like you have no empathy about how much work goes into these videos! These guys are CONSTANTLY travelling and away from home, working long nights, editing all day and spending no down time to rest or spend with loved ones just so we have entertainment. The difference between you and ghost adventures that I LOVE is you show more of your investigation like the amount of times where I'm watching ghost adventures and they end the investigation early when it's clear they didn't finish yet is ridiculous
The thing about Ghost Adventures, is that it's on a TV network, and they're only allowed to show 40 minutes of a sometimes, week full investigation and filming period. They don't have the ability to show more than the key bits of the investigation. Plus, they're on a strict schedule for filming and have to move onto the next investigation or they lose their slot to be able to go to those places and investigate. I'm sure Zak would love to spend quite a long time at an investigation if he had the ability to. It's still his job. He's still under a contract with a TV network. He still has restrictions. Sadly, they have to cut a lot out and only show the really good parts, as they have a time limit for every episode. While Elton has full control over how long a video can be and how much he can show. He doesn't have a bunch of rich executives breathing down his neck to edit the episodes in a certain way. The Ghost Adventures crew do. That's not really their fault.
Seeing the difference in Corey when he's going off on his own towards the spooky noise is amazing to watch. He's not as jumpy as he was from the first time he started the paranormal videos.
I don't know if anyone else has heard this but while Corey was sitting down on the stairs with the ovilus (42:18), right after he said "I have a device in my hand that will allow you to communicate with me." you can faintly hear a woman or maybe even a little kids voice in the background. To me, it sounded like someone was singing? Don't know if Tina was speaking to Elton in the background or not but I just wanted to point that out lmao because it freaked me out.
I gotta say, this paranormal team that led you all around were probably the nicest ones I've seen so far! Just the way they told the stories, had fun with the group, made sure Corey was ok etc. Awesome stuff. I'll have to look them up!
@@jamiebyrne16 It very well may be. I've noticed a lot of Irish TH-camrs are quite kind and love to just have a good time. Plus, I've never heard of anybody having a bad experience with an Irish TH-camr. lol My mom's one wish was to visit Ireland, as a couple of years before her passing this past year, she found out she was indeed quite Irish in her ancestry. As an adopted child, that was very important to find out for her. Sadly, she never got to go so I'm hoping that I can go in the future to do what she always wanted to, knowing that she'll be there with me the whole time when I do, as I believe she's still around. The Irish just seem like a merry bunch. It makes me proud of that ancestry.
It's awesome to see how Corey has grown over the years and see how confident he's become. Sure he's still scared but it's nowhere nearly as bad as 2-4 years ago. Elton has really turned him around.
Only opened in 1983 as a hotel and already in such a short time devastated? This mansion is a real beauty, but the new owners can not ignore its very mysterious past and all the bad things that have happened inside over the centuries, not to forget all these evil hauntings. It is very easy to renovate, restore and repurpose the building, but without several professional spiritual cleansings of the whole property before these works, the demons that are doing their mischief there will drive away all future residents, endanger their health or even their lives. Keeping something dead does not mean being able to undo it or suppress its existence!
I'm so glad they brought up that the woman who got pregnant by "the devil" was definitely just something that the family had fabricated to protect their reputation and that she really just had been having a human experience but back then that was blasphemous. If there is a presence of darkness in that room, it comes from the trauma and the grief that woman must've endured at the fault of her own family. They created that environment.

Again it was known to happen, especially in catholic Ireland but it is still speculation. Attributing what happened to some, to all stories, especially when it demonizes men is Misandry regardless of the sensibilities of those times....though the locking of her in a room does suggest not wanting a secret to get out....in those days familys' very standing was a commodity, your actions could bankrupt or diminish your whole family. If she did sleep with a stranger against the rules then, at a time when that would be very selfish and destructive, i can see the only way for her not to gossip that knowledge or show a baby without a father, especially if shes' reckless, is to lock her away and not help the child. Sadly, if this was a man of power who forced this on her in those days she would be punished ...not if he was a poor man though and that is why people shouldnt skew the history of all men by what a portion of the rich did... We cant rule out that she partly to blame as well, for the crime of sex,which was reachable by both sexes under the religion... i dont believe in ruling that out due to misandric biases .....women throughout history experience heat and the capability of singular thought and never more is that known than nowadays, attributing holy virtues to women of the past but demonizing the men ....would be to ignore all the evidence, documents and personal accounts, women have been capable of every action and word of man when in a position of power or not .

That's so sad that the building is being ^renovated^. But I think we all know that the grounds will still be haunted for the rest of it's days. Loftus Hall may not live there but those that know the truth will still seek the paranormal that still live in the very dirt under the building. I can't wait for the guys to come back in a few years and find more paranormal activity, even without the Hall itself.

I've deliberately avoided the UK shows (Ireland is across water so its fine, but I live in mainland UK) because I don't wanna be shit scared of my own country. I like to believe the ghosts and demons are on other continents! 😂 This is after stuff happening at my work just today (a heavy fire door opened in front of me and swung closed again, as if someone rushed through it, but no one did - I was stood in front of it. My poor patient who's room I was by must have thought I was bonkers! And there are plenty more stories from work) and stuff has recently started at my own home (just knocks and taps, and an uneasy feeling of being stared at really intensely, like someone is trying to intimidate me). But to help me sleep I convince myself they all piss back off to the states or something after getting up to their little antics, just like they wanna say "Hi and Bye". If you had to say which UK episode was the scariest and had the most evidence in, which would you say? I may just consider watching it the next time I need to stay awake, coz with that fear running through my veins I know I won't doze off, thats for sure.
So glad you got to do this. This house was always a mystery while I was growing up. We only drove passed it a few times a year while on our summer holidays but the gates were closed with only the stories until one day the gates were open and as we drove up to the house we were turned back but as I looked from the back seat myself and my friend saw a lady dressed all in black standing on the roof but when we looked at eachother and looked back she was gone. When they opened it up to tour's 7yrs ago I had to go and wow that house did not disappoint.

Omg! I am Soo happy you guys went there! I lived in Ireland for 4years and I went there for my 19th birthday! I was Soo excited but they wouldn't let me tour it because they had to have a certain amount of people to do the tour. Not to long after they did tours less and less! This is an amazing and horrific story of this place, and it's sad that it will be demolished, but I will visit the hotel though!!

I have something to say I have notice Corey walking away in some of the videos when you guys are sitting a table or doing a seance what I personally feel is that it’s not a good thing to walk away at times it’s because it’s like breaking a circle or not say goodbye when using the ouija broad. Plus, I've never heard of anybody having a bad experience with an Irish TH-camr. lol My mom's one wish was to visit Ireland, as a couple of years before her passing this past year, she found out she was indeed quite Irish in her ancestry. As an adopted child, that was very important to find out for her. Sadly, she never got to go so I'm hoping that I can go in the future to do what she always wanted to, knowing that she'll be there with me the whole time when I do, as I believe she's still around. The Irish just seem like a merry bunch. It makes me proud of that ancestry.
It's awesome to see how Corey has grown over the years and see how confident he's become. Sure he's still scared but it's nowhere nearly as bad as 2-4 years ago. Elton has really turned him around.

This mansion is a real beauty, but the new owners can not ignore its very mysterious past and all the bad things that have happened inside over the centuries, not to forget all these evil hauntings. It is very easy to renovate, restore and repurpose the building, but without several professional spiritual cleansings of the whole property before these works, the demons that are doing their mischief there will drive away all future residents, endanger their health or even their lives. Keeping something dead does not mean being able to undo it or suppress its existence!
I'm so glad they brought up that the woman who got pregnant by "the devil" was definitely just something that the family had fabricated to protect their reputation and that she really just had been having a human experience but back then that was blasphemous. If there is a presence of darkness in that room, it comes from the trauma and the grief that woman must've endured at the fault of her own family. They created that environment.
Protect the families reputation because it was someone from the family... not a stranger!

Again it was known to happen, especially in catholic Ireland but it is still speculation. Attributing what happened to some, to all stories, especially when it demonizes men is Misandry regardless of the sensibilities of those times....though the locking of her in a room does suggest not wanting a secret to get out....in those days familys' very standing was a commodity, your actions could bankrupt or diminish your whole family.
If she did sleep with a stranger against the rules then, at a time when that would be very selfish and destructive, i can see the only way for her not to gossip that knowledge or show a baby without a father, especially if shes' reckless, is to lock her away and not help the child.
Sadly, if this was a man of power who forced this on her in those days she would be punished ...not if he was a poor man though and that is why people shouldnt skew the history of all men by what a portion of the rich did...

That's so sad that the building is being ^renovated^. But I think we all know that the grounds will still be haunted for the rest of it's days. Loftus Hall may not live there but those that know the truth will still seek the paranormal that still live in the very dirt under the building. I can't wait for the guys to come back in a few years and find more paranormal activity, even without the Hall itself.
It's not being torn down. It's being renovated and turned into a luxury resort.

I've deliberately avoided the UK shows (Ireland is across water so its fine, but I live in mainland UK) because I don't wanna be shit scared of my own country. I like to believe the ghosts and demons are on other continents! 😂 This is after stuff happening at my work just today (a heavy fire door opened in front of me and swung closed again, as if someone rushed through it, but no one did - I was stood in front of it. My poor patient who's room I was by must have thought I was bonkers! And there are plenty more stories from work) and stuff has recently started at my own home (just knocks and taps, and an uneasy feeling of being stared at really intensely, like someone is trying to intimidate me). But to help me sleep I convince myself they all piss back off to the states or something after getting up to their little antics, just like they wanna say "Hi and Bye".
If you had to say which UK episode was the scariest and had the most evidence in, which would you say? I may just consider watching it the next time I need to stay awake, coz with that fear running through my veins I know I won't doze off, thats for sure.
So glad you got to do this. This house was always a mystery while I was growing up. We only drove passed it a few times a year while on our summer holidays but the gates were closed with only the stories until one day the gates were open and as we drove up to the house we were turned back but as I looked from the back seat myself and my friend saw a lady dressed all in black standing on the roof but when we looked at eachother and looked back she was gone. When they opened it up to tour's 7yrs ago I had to go and wow that house did not disappoint.

Omg! I am Soo happy you guys went there! I lived in Ireland for 4years and I went there for my 19th birthday! I was Soo excited but they wouldn't let me tour it because they had to have a certain amount of people to do the tour. Not to long after they did tours less and less! This is an amazing and horrific story of this place, and it's sad that it will be demolished, but I will visit the hotel though!!

Looks a little bit like one of the cameraman was squatting just out of view and did one of those wobble near falls so caught himself on the bed. There was 2 of them around I believe? Eltons using a cam to record himself but there could still be somebody else just out of frame.

I have something to say I have notice Corey walking away in some of the videos when you guys are sitting a table or doing a seance what I personally feel is that it’s not a good thing to walk away at times it’s because it’s like breaking a circle or not say goodbye when using the ouija broad. It might stir things up in a long run . Which I have personally experienced before . He might not be feeling much now but in a long run things might turn sour .
