As I was growing up I enjoyed cutting the grass and using a weed eater. I didn’t have any brothers so I started volunteering at the age of 12. It seems so relaxing and I loved to see the transformation.

I did this one time at a newly opened summer camp. After about 2 hours I finally put the weed eater down for more than a quick break or gas fill... The rest of the day my arms felt like they were still vibrating.
And I bet you went to bed and could still hear the frigin thing too lol. I used to drive tractors and I'd go to bed still feeling the rocking of the tractor and could hear the engine as dosed off
I just don't get it, i find myself coming back to watch more everytime TH-cam sends one. Its so relaxing seeing, positive vibes.

I just got through doing a lot of this yesterday trying to beat the rain. Nothing beats doing this kind of thing, sitting on your porch afterwards with a tall one, and smiling at that finish on your yard as smooth as a piece of paper.🙂

You guys put the smack on that yard, glad to see there was a root cellar there and not a pile from a backed up septic.. although the grass is always greener over the septic. They use to make a mower "gravely " i think that was a cycle type mower, dangerous as all get out but it was a 2 wheel walk behind, that would just mow like crazy in weeds and high grass. but you could lose a hand or a foot if you weren't careful. Man i still got a front bagger "metal bag" reel type mower with a 7 hp honda mower from back in the 80's used it cause my lawn was like a putting green. got to be a pain mowing 3-4 times a week. so i over seeded with some other seed, then let her grow
i work with the exact same stuff... its really fulfilling and mends ur ocd with sharp lines, and symmetrical concrete floor etc ^^ love triming grass

Brother, I get such a kick outta watching you cut these lawns and doing edge work. I think it's because it brings back memories of when I was a kid (50 yrs ago) and we'd let the grass get out of control and we'd have to finally cut it or get whupped, lol. And our house sat on 2 lots so almost as large as this video. And back in the day our edger was the rubber wheel with a star blade and we'd have to push it along the edge. Anyway, nice job and God bless you for helping out folks and giving me a nice walk down memory lane. 😊
