Chitembwe should be given this chance to streamline the judicial system in this Country 👌

I have keenly listened to Chitembes interview and detected sincerity and honesty above all patriotism. Let's have him for our next CJ.

Indeed, I concur with Justice Chitembwe's sentiments that there's a difference between law and morals.
That, it's immoral for a juvenile delinquent to enjoy sex and they claim that it is child defilement in the Court corridors.

Justice Chitembwe deserves the position of CJ. He is competent and well-informed based on his knowledge. Only He needs to hold an iron fist to flash out the perceptions that taint the name of the Judiciary. Congratulations!!!!

Deputy CJ lacks interviewer skills. It doesn't make sense to ask a question with five unrelated concepts. Ask a question then follow up with props if necessary. Interviewer rules: short questions, be open to responses, be a good listener, don't be cocky, and make candidate feel easy,. She should have disqualified herself in hiring her boss, due to conflict of interest. Despite Prof Gitobu not being a lawyer she is the best interviewer. Gotobu's exposure, administrative experience, and intellect makes her the best interviewer e.g. who are you? why should we hire you? what is your vision for judiciary.

OMG. Ima shocked that the Judiciary is transforming but not automating. That the backlog is due to a lack of typists. In this era, we are still having Judges and magistrates handwriting their court sessions? Bure KABISA. Just automate and have all the Court Proceedings recorded and automated such that after the session, all the proceedings are tapped and auto printed. The magistrate and Judges will then just proofread and pass the judgments as soon as possible. But now at this rate, BURE KABISA.

Honorable Judge where do you stand in view of the corruption that is widely spread across a range of leaders in Kenya, Some judges in the high Court who are and have stained their hands with bribery, the police right inside the courtwho recive bribes while processing bails, and almost all over the country? What is your advise to the leaders who only sing the song of corruption erradication and yet they don't practice what they preach.

Nairobi has become so large and and therefore the Judiciary should be enlarged according the the suburbs ...court in Karen, kikuyu, wetlands, jomo kenyatta, etc thus lessening the workload in High Court and milimani
