  • In this video I compare Future World School vs Westminster International. Both schools are located in Bahria Town. I walkthrough their official videos and then compare their locations and fee structure. at the end we give a summary of the meeting we had with one of the school's Principals and our reasons for choosing one.

    AOA bro I still live in the UK and I have to say that here in the UK when it comes to early learning they do teach the vocabulary here, it depends where you go, one has to check out the audit reports to ensure that the school is labeled as "OUTSTANDING" but well done to both of you for taking these steps I hope everything turns out for the best for you all. Inshallah

    ASA- did you look at Ace International, Beacon House, and/or Headstart or these were your first choices? Also with covid and the government shutting down in person learning every so often do you feel online education would be adequate per fees expected to be paid? Thinking on similar lines but maybe can do Western education as everything online and kids older. JZAK for your feedback.

    • @hassanrafique
      @hassanrafique  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes heard about ACE academy but it was in the other phases of bahria plus i have heard that it is the most expensive...we would consider other other options once the children get up to speed with Urdu...The lockdown hopefully would be lifted post summer when vaccination program speeds up otherwise you are right in question the effectiveness and hence justification for the fees...fingers crossed. As its been a year there in Pakistan can you please let me know how your kids are doing in Westminster International school. Hows is the school teaching method, Are you happy with it, is the same or better from UK one? Also you mentioned about Urdu, so are they learning that in the school and what's the current learning status and the last part is what was the communication method initially in the school with kids and how they get settled? Thanks

    • @hassanrafique
      @hassanrafique  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are remidial classes for these subjects which can help...my son was 6 when we moved and also was in a similar situation (in fact he only understood Urdu but could not speak)...but now he is able to speak read and write urdu and that too without remidial classes (maybe he was a bit younger so he was able to pick it up relatively quicker)..my take away is that kids do pick up urdu better than we anticipate 👍👍

      Hi There, Thanks for you support. Interesting that the names match :). I have seen some of your other questions and I believe I have posted videos that would answer those. Cargo was not insured against breakage ( given the cheap price). Secondly, monthly expense wise my video stated a ball park but please note ( as shown in the pie chart), a major part (~50%) is rent + school fee of a international school. In case you live at your parents house and choose a school which is mainstream but not international then these two costs can go down significantly ( not saying at all that you should start with a non-international school but just indicating that these costs can go down in the long run). Let me know if you have any more questions. Always happy to assist. Many Thanks
